Hotel Duke's Place is a refined and elegant hotel, offering a blend of classic luxury and modern comfort. Located in a prime area, the hotel is ideal for travelers who appreciate a high standard of service and attention to detail. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, often featuring plush bedding, high-end amenities, and tasteful decor. We commend the hotel's attentive staff, who go out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. The dining options are equally impressive, with a menu that offers a variety of gourmet dishes. Overall, Hotel Duke's Place is an excellent choice for those seeking a luxurious and memorable stay.

I'll start with the bad. The hotel is a slightly dated, but I feel like that definitely adds to its charm. Other than that everything else was amazing. The grounds are picturesque and well manicured. The cleanliness- I saw the staff in action at times and i was impressed with how thorough they were. Location- it is close to everything of interest. The food-the buffet breakfast will leave you energised for a full day of discovery. Service- impeccable service from everyone, from beginning to end. Shout out to Megan who was super friendly and helpful

It's an awesome place to relax. Room was stylish, spacy and clean. You can enjoy your coffee in the morning in your room. The garage provides EV charger. All in a great time.

Lovely place to stay, really close to the interesting bits of town. The staff were really helpful. However, it failed on two counts. The good lady administrator her indoors thought the bed too big, and her ability to kick the bathroom bin wherever it was placed caused much amusement. Neither of these should stop you staying in a wonderful hotel. Oh the cocktails I the bar were also pretty damn good.

Positives: From the moment I arrived the staff were welcoming, friendly and personable. The hotel and its settings are beautiful and peaceful. Location is in the middle of the historic centre. A 20 minute walk to the train station. My room was sleek, clean and luxurious. My room was above the under basement car parking but didn’t affect me. The spa was an additional price of 20 euros which I believe reasonable. The gym equipment was adequate for a short stay. Overall I would strongly recommend this hotel for a treat.

Negatives: The TV remote control offered Netflix but this did not work. I found it a shame breakfast was so expensive, at 38 euro per person, as I would have liked to stayed in the hotel for the morning. However I found a great alternative a short walk away for significantly less money.

Outstanding hotel. Bar area wonderful. Right in the centre of the city. Quality everywhere. A little noisy at night perhaps.

What a weekend city break!

Everything the Duke’s Palace does, it does well and the service was probably the most impressive element.

Everybody, and I mean everybody, was genuinely helpful and polite. There was no obsequiousness, just an honest and friendly intention to help.

The restaurant produces food that is a delight and we especially enjoyed the recommended wines which perfectly complimented the food, were generously poured and above, we appreciated the way the waiters took time to explain what to look for in each wine and why it had been chosen.

The breakfast was an excellent, well chosen buffet which had something for everybody.

The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk from the centre of Brugge.

The room was generous in size, well equipped (we wanted for nothing) and the double bed was superbly comfortable with spotless and crisp bed linen.

We aren’t Spring chickens have had many weekend city breaks over the years but this was, without doubt, the very best.

If we owned the Duke’s Palace we would be truly proud of our achievement.

Stay at the Dukes’s Palace and they will make you feel like royalty.

We really loved this hotel!

Fabulous place. We stayed in the apartments and very nice. A little cosy but quiet, comfortable and very close to the action of Bruge. The main hotel with dearer rooms looked wonderful. Fabulous breakfast room. Very helpful staff.

We've been lucky enough to come to Bruges 14 times in the last 10 years and try and stay in different hotels a fair bit. This one is very impressive. The staff are lovely and the hotel is beautiful. Expensive but worth it.

Perfectly situated in the heart of Bruges, the Duke’s Palace Hotel offers a prime location for exploring the city. Just a short walk from the Market Square and the Belfry, guests are in the ideal spot to discover the city’s historic sites and charming streets. Also bus stops are in a short distance. There is no need to take a taxi or car.

The hotel exudes a sense of regal elegance, with its authentic 15th-century architecture and modern comforts blending seamlessly. The spacious garden, luxurious spa, and inviting bar provide guests with ample opportunities to relax and unwind.

My room has been in the garden aerea with contemporary comfort while retaining the building’s historic charm. Features like high ceilings, chandeliers, and ornate fireplaces add to the palatial feel. The only disadvantage compared to the rooms inside the hotel is the fact that you have to pass from the garden in the hotel for breakfast or the desk. However, no problem when it is not raining. The advantages of the garden rooms are the beautiful view and the silence that I have highly appreciated 🙏

Guests can enjoy a range of amenities, including free high-speed internet, a fitness center, and paid private parking. The hotel also boasts a congress center and bicycle rental services for those looking to explore the city on two wheels. Unfortunately I was not able to test one of the offers, but I am pretty sure they meet your requirements.

The staff at Duke’s Palace Hotel have all been attentive and professional, ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests. The breakfast offers a great choice and everyone should be able to find his favourite. The breakfast room however could be noisy on peak hours as a lot of groups are in the hotel.

My overall experience is that Duke’s Palace Hotel is a luxurious accommodation choice in Bruges, offering a blend of historical grandeur and modern amenities. It’s an excellent place to stay for those seeking a touch of luxury during their visit to this picturesque city. 🏰✨

We love everything about this hotel. From its history to all the little special touches the hotel has, it's a magical place. The chapel and tower are interesting places to visit within the hotel. This was our 2nd visit to the Hotel Dukes' Palace and we stayed 5 days this time in their new Pavillion building with a view of the castle. The room was clean and nicely appointed and comfortable. The views from our room were wonderful. We had a lovely stay.

One note to other travelers: The Spa access package is a paid add-on for the stay and we added it to our stay. After doing so, we found out the spa hours everyday were only from 16:30 - 20:00 (4:30 pm - 8:00 pm) ...during early dinner hours. We were not able to take advantage of the spa during our stay.
