Was able to watch the shrimp parade while having an exquisite meal. They were extremely busy and I felt maybe a little short staffed so service lacked slightly. But the food was phenomenal and I would definitely recommend this place.

Three words: TO DIE FOR!
Some of the best meat I’ve ever eaten.
Try to seat not to far from the cook & his open over… a true artist.
Even the sauces are quite amazing.
We went there at noon to avoid the waiting line that can get really long… but a well deserved success I’d rather say.

Dining alone. Rump steak was very successfully seasoned; really tasty. Thought med-rare ought to have been a touch more pink/less well done however, didn't compromise the flavour. Generous helping of frites. Little bowl of nuts to accompany my Brugse Zot while my meal was prepared was a nice touch. Really positive, bustling atmosphere when I visited around 8pm. The 'Coup Breselliene' icecream was excellent to finish. Great evening.

Reliable in all ways... Superb food

Ridiculously good steaks, good sauces, and fast service (i came off peak on a Friday, though - can imagine the reviews that say this place is packed for dinner!)

This is one if the best restaurants in Belgium, been visiting Belgium for over 30 years and we have to come to this restaurant every time no matter where we are staying. We now have the 4th generation of family that use this restaurant when visiting! Food is amazing.

Flank steak was excellent and cooked to perfection.

This place was really fantastic.
The menu was simple but the food was so excellent one of the best steaks I've had. And the staff were so incredibly friendly too.

If you want to eat real meat you have to go there excellent foods...

Best grill of the area. No reservations possible and long waiting lines. Restaurant starts serving at 18h but at that time the restaurant is already full.

Restaurant didn't change in years, no change in decor, no change in menu. But quality is always present, every shift, morning or evening.

A real place to visit and a must go to.

Fantastic steaks, last time I had such a good steak was in Texas in the mid 90ties. It was thick juicy and grilled to perfection.

Could go every night of the week to this little gem. Might upset the vegetarian in your life! The steak is the centrepiece here... quite right too!

De Mikke is a long lasting grill restaurant with friendly owners and staff. You won't find a better steak anywhere in Belgium!
