Came in with broken backpack and was helped to get a replacement right away. She helped me find right size, transfer my belongings and helped adjust straps. Wonderful service.

Paulo was incredibly helpful - I was travelling through BRU airport, and noticed screw on inside of my tumi luggage was loose; stopped by and he managed to find a screwdriver to tighten it.
