Resen Lodge guest house

Very, very nice family hotel / business :) We stayed for 2 nights here (December 31, 2021 - January 2, 2022), We had a great time with the owners and the others, the food in the restaurant is very good and they strive to offer you everything you want. We would definitely go back and we recommend the location to anyone who is looking for an informal, relaxing experience and understands the specifics of the place / this type of business. Many thanks for everything! :)

This was my first visit to Resen Lodge. I did only pop in for food not accommodation.
I had a full English breakfast.
Wow. What a nice surprise. It was wonderful.
Proper Lancashire sausages that were home made by the boss.
I will be going back and taking my friends with me.
Its was so nice to eat real English food for a change.
Highly recommended.

Another great meal. Vegan mushroom burger was amazing, actually thought it was meat. Sign of a great restaurant is always decent Vegan / Vegetarian options as they are hard to do. Better food than you can get in London.

Great enterprise with new enthusiastic ownership and management who make you welcome as soon as you enter. Lovely light and airy bar, great food from a kitchen that you can see, outdoor pool and a beautiful relaxed garden with shady overhead vines to stay cool. Rooms are fresh, clean and crisp with an interesting nautical ⚓ theme.

This place is amazing for food, stay and special events. I already made quite a few nice memories there. The food is delicious and varied, and you definitely have to go to the Sunday Roastie of Fish & Chips Friday if you can. All more than worth the price.

Had a superb meal with friends at Resen Lodge, service was very good. They have a good chef there now, well worth a visit.

Always a warm and cheerful welcome, with a wide and diverse menu. Great swimming pool which is surrounded by shaded areas in which to relax.

Great host, lovely clean, comfortable homely rooms, outdoor swimming pool and friendly patrons, good times had here on many occasions

The place is great, love the atmosphere, the people are very friendly, the service is always 10/10, the food is excellent.
Plus it's pet friendly and they have a pool!!
