Hotel Vella Hills

My stay at the hotel was great from the start the staff were friendly and helpful.
The food was not only delicious but also offered a wide range of options to cater to various tastes and dietary preferences.
Despite the hotel being fully booked, I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained the spa area was. It provided the perfect environment for relaxation
The rooms at Hotel Vella Hills were nothing short of exceptional. They were immaculately clean and tidy, reflecting the high standards of the hotel.

Returned for second time hoping it would be the same quality but is actually got even better. The restaurant is got better quality. The spa remains amazing with such great hosts. The relaxed laid back atmosphere is what makes this hotel so great. Yes there are some details that could be better but it will loose all its charm doing so, so please don't change. The one thing I do think could be better is the bar which closes at 10pm. They have a great cocktail menu but can't make any of the cocktail. It's a lost opportunity not being able to enjoy bar service with nice cocktails at the spa.

We had a very pleasant stay at Vella Hills, everything was perfect. We loved the spacious rooms with great views. The location is lovely on a hill.

The food was also excellent, breakfast is rich with savoury and sweet choices. The lunch menu has a nice choice and amazing soups.
The dinner menu is diverse, we enjoyed every meal. Staff in the restaurant is amazing and very professional.
The Spa is also nice, sometimes is crowded but if you go at different times 8am or 12 is good. We mostly enjoyed the jacuzzi, the pool, sauna and the cold cave room.
The only recommendation is may be to have a welcome water in the room which is basic human necessity.

This hotel has a nice small outdoor pool open through the winter (08 am through 20-00) where thermal water stays sufficiently warm, and a warmer indoor pool. Sodium-fluoride waters are nice. The breakfast buffet is good and accommodations are comfortable (although unfortunately no kettle in the rooms). Good wifi. Straightforward parking and late arrival is possible. If you start hiking up the hill from the hotel you can join bicycle trail 220 going up to Ostrets peak (elevation gain of around 800m round trip counting ups and downs).

4 star hotel that actually deserves 5 stars. Very clean SPA, room and great overall service. The room was spacious and comfortable. Good restaurant with kids' corner. The capacity of the SPA is rather small, but during the week, it was not overcrowded and was perfectly fine for us. Would certainly visit again!

Excellent services, kind staff, always helpful and attent; comfortable, big rooms with all necessary accessories; high quality spa centre; variety of delicious meals for all tastes at the restaurant menu. The hotel level corresponds to 5 stars quality. Highly recommended.

Booked a room (21-23 July) for 2 adults and 2 children via the phone with Ivelina (Receptionist). Was pleasantly surprised when reached the hotel- great location (at the end of the city, on a higher ground, beautiful view front and back of hotel), super clean, very welcoming staff (from parking security to waiters), spacious room+ bathroom (with balcony). Very quiet and the spa was so clean and staff there were also welcoming and supportive when monitoring the children in the swimming pool.
Restaurant staff were very professional and were taking care of individual requests.
Overall was not expecting such treatment and very happy how it turned out. Definitely will be back next year.

We had a wonderful vacation at Vella Hills! Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, with daily cleaning and towel changing. The SPA was clean and warm enough. The food was versatile and delicious. Great value for the money!

Great place for a good relax and vacation! We were in a double room, it was really large and spacious, it was clean and we had everything we need. The condition of the room was very good, the room temperature was very warm and comfortable. The spa was really nice, it was clean, they even had a “cold cave” room, I was impressed. There were 3 pools with different temperatures, and even jacuzzi.
The food in the restaurant was high quality, we had our breakfasts and dinners there. The breakfast was rich and delicious. The staff was very helpful and polite.
I strongly recommend this place!

We were one of the few families and enjoyee exclusive use of pools and spas which money can't buy. It's in a very peaceful and scenic location. So scenic in fact that the Google streetview car was parked in front!

Very good place. Close to the forest with nice view. The breakfast was tasty and the outside pools are with great temperature. Big and clean rooms. Recommend it!

We are very happy with our stay in this hotel. Big quiet rooms. Polite, helpful staff. Hotel restaurants have a perfect view, delicious food and nice service. The spa is pretty good and clean too. Big pools. Good lunch menu. Typical hotel breakfast.

Very nice hotel, very friendly staff, clean rooms, one of the cleanest pools I have ever been to. Rooms are spacious, food is very tasty. There is a very nice children's playground in the restaurant, which is very comfortable for the parents.The playground itself was very spacious and had many toys in it - the kids had real fun and loved it. The only thing that wasn't so great was that the sofa bed was not comfortable to sleep on for more than one night. It literally moved to the sides and was very unstable.

Staff are welcoming and friendly. The rooms are lovely and clean. Spa is great, although there isn't a salt room (as advertised), the rest more than makes up for it. Restaurant is nice (with slightly higher than expected prices, but convenience makes up for it.) Location is easy to get to. Recommended visit.

The hotel is located in a very beautiful area. The air is clean and the water is great. Very good place to relax. Has everything you need for a perfect vacation.
The food offered in the restaurant is delicious. The room was in a very good condition at check-in and the towels are being replaced every other day.
The mineral water in the pools is clean, without unpleasant odors or colors.

The hotel was actually very classy and very stylish, liked it a lot. Reaching the hotel was a bit difficult as the city roads were a bit confusing and not that great, which is not related to the hotel. The furniture was very nice looking and welcoming. The staff and service were excellent! The restaurant was tasty and simple, which was quite good. The rooms are clean and worm feeling. I was genuinely happy wih the whole package. The SPA was outstanding and we actually did not have time to enjoy it all. There is also a Cold Room, that was perfect fun. Definitely a recommended place!

A pleasant place to relax: calm environment, spacious room, swimming pools with different temperatures, varied quality breakfast, and friendly staff (except for a girl at the reception without profession esprit, a little strange). Our experience here was great!

Amazing views, great SPA center, polite staff. The rooms are specious, as well. Warm, cozy and comfy. What more do you need for a weekend or a week away from the nice of the big city? Honestly, I can't recommend this hotel enough.
