Restaurant White River

The restaurant has a fancy modern interior. The food was fresh and very delicious. The pricing was reasonable. I have nothing bad to say about the place. We enjoyed our dinner there a lot. Would visit again when we’re in the area.

Excellent restaurant on the aide of the main road. Spacious and modern atmosphere with enough tables for a raid of people. We got a great table close to the giant windows facing the fish farms. The lemonade was refreshing and tasty. The garlic bread buns were soft and garlicky although they could make them stronger. Both of our fish dishes were amazing. The lemon sauce one was tasty but not as much as the fish with black rice. The menu and the pricing is great. The service was very polite and quick. The bathrooms were really clean and tidy. The overall experience was excellent and there are even spots for a few pictures towards the fish farms. If you are traveling in that direction, this restaurant is a must.

It’s a must!!! You can find 3 pages with fresh trout, prepared differently… I mean - 3 pages!! Super delicious! Also, they have super delicious homemade bread with yellow cheese.

Great fish restaurant very close to Kalofer! Very polite and friendly service. The food is fresh and tasty. The prices are really good. There's a big choice of differently prepared fishes. There is a huge terrace with a nice view. I highly recommend it if you are nearby.

I may say that the restaurant is one of those countryside treasures...
We visit that place every time we are close to Karlovo or Kalofer.
Since more than 8 or 9 years quality of the food and service is still that good.
Prices are very reasonable.
Definitely recommend it.

There is so much delicious food to select in this big restaurant. It has good servicing, free high speed Wi-Fi. Also if you can't finish eating your food, they will give you a box with a bag to take it away for home. This is just the best restaurant that I have ever visited in my life

The absolutely perfect place to stop by for a fresh deliciously cooked fish or whatever you pick from their rich menu. The atmosphere is fantastic, the customer service is top!

As always the restaurant is top notch.
It is mainly a fish restaurant but I love it. And I don't usually eat fish. Today I had salmon with black rice. It was exquisite. My fiance had grilled chicken with vegetables. One of the dishes with no fish. For drinks we had home made lemonade. Excellent as expected.
And the desert was awesome, we had waffle cake.
I recommend all of those dishes.
Sit somewhere on the terrace. It's nice, spacious and cool in the summer.
I hope that everyone who visits will be as delighted as I am.

A fantastic spot for dinner, especially if you sit on the deck. Once it gets dark, the overhang is pulled back and the fountain starts up these multicolored lights, and it's really really pretty. The food is amazing, too. Most of their fish menu consists of trout that they raise on site so it's super fresh. The salads and desserts are delicious, too. Only downside is that it's a little out of the way, we had to drive about 45 minutes to an hour from Plovdiv to get here. Worth it though, if you have the time.

An absolute gem of a restaurant! Just passed by it on my way to Karlovo and decided to stop - great design. This restaurant grows its trout and has more than 20 different recipes with it. Food is fresh, beautiful and delicious. The staff is very friendly, the atmosphere is great and everything is super cheap for the quality and service provided. Didn't expect to find such an amazing road restaurant. I firmly recommend it to every food lover in the region.
