Very nice hotel! Rooms are clean. Restaurant is cozy and the food is great.
Pool is great.

I had a lovely stay! Staff is experienced, knowledgeable and friendly. Swimming pools are hot and clean. Just a minus for housekeeping as they are not quite organized but when you ask them they will clean and respond with a good attitude.

A relaxing mineral water spa in the Troyan region of Bulgaria. Standard rooms, wonderful mineral water pools of various temperatures, a spa center and surrounding forest and trails. Enjoy exceptional food in their restaurant, with unique variations on Bulgarian cusine. Staff is helpful.

Even though this is not the best looking hotel in the area I ended up staying there cause I was searching for a one that has nicer personnel. I believe I found a good place. The managers should be proud of their selection.
About the hotel and the rooms there are many small things they could easily fix to make one's stay even better. For example in my room the shower was hardly pouring water, the soaps they provide (and yes I say soaps) were not smelling nice. Please replace them with shower gels. I have booked a room with a bedroom, but what I got was 2 beds together and I was told that this is a bedroom.
About the restaurant, I liked the waitress at dinner, but at breakfast they all seemed not experienced serving the block table. That resulted in me asking for some things which were over, whereas the eggs which noone touched were already cold. The coffee at breakfast was not so good, but thankfully the bar outside saves the day.
I was mostly amazed by the bar having a really nice, polite, friendly and talkative personnel. The prices seemed a little high though.
It is a good thing in general that they allow you to use the pool during the night.
I would go there again.

Very good hotel! The swimming area is great, the water is hot and you can swim all night🏊. Food is good and not too expensive, rooms is good and clean.

Very nice place! This is the the 6th time we stayed there. Great pool, clean rooms and excellent service. Quality/Price ratio is qute good. Also, the hotel is pets friendly.

The mineral pools are top. Constantly there is hot wather good for getting some rest. It is good for team building because there are enought rooms. Keep in mind the bathrobe one has to pay separately which is strange not included into the room price. It costs 5 leva per bathrobe a kind of trick to earn some extra money.

Located In the middle of Balkan mountains park!! Nice swimming pool and spa with mineral water!! Well organized facilities!! As a not hotel guest, price of facilities is not reasonable,,,

I really recomended if you need som good rest. The pools are only outside, water is 39 degree permanent, and you can enjoy the pools in any time, without work time!

A very nice pool with not that hot mineral water. There is another smaller pool with different sections ranging from cold to very hot water.

Mineral water pools and activities in the middle of the mountain, spa and etc. Kids area and splash available.
