Was perfect holiday, food was great , i never tried in my life more tasty dishes!
The room was very clean, personal is very friendly! The bartender was perfect with the his hand made cocktails,very attractive! Definitely I will come back!!

I had a very good experience at the bar, Nazar the bartender is very nice and makes the drinks very well.

Overall, a great value for money. Here’s why we, as a family of 4, liked it:

All inclusive. Really.

Hotel has a private beach and a shuttle service. Sometimes it’s crowded, but by walking, you’re at the beach in 10 minutes.

Food 10/10, a huge variety. It takes time to adjust to the fact that Bulgarians don’t season their food so much, but otherwise it’s great.

Snacks, coffee, sweets… included. The pool and water park are great for children (although I really dislike that people still use towels to reserve their spots, but that’s not up to the hotel, they really try to prevent this)

Rooms are nice and clean, lots of space.

In evenings, there are entertainment programs that are 6/10, kudos to the crew for performing every day, yet the program needs some love.

And be cautious, it says it’s suited for children, yet some performances are for adults and might make you really uncomfortable.

The beach is 8.5/10 because of large boulders in the water. And the waves are strong.

People and culture - 10/10. Bulgarians might appear as quiet or grumpy, but you always get good service.

Now, things to watch out for -

The parking spot at the hotel costs around 10 eur per day. I wonder why it’s not included in the price in general instead of the inconvenience at the end of vacation but ok.

The hotel surrounding and the beach are full of casinos and strip bars. Yikes.

No variety in street shops, so not much for kids after a few days.

Take care when you pay for stuff, it’s always a 1-3-5-10 lev more than it should be unless you notice. Sad, but it happens quite frequently.

Weak offering of restaurants.

The one we would recommend is Krivata lipa.

So… it’s a good place. We would definitely come back some day again to Dolce Vita.

It was my first trip to Bulgaria and I am very happy with my experience with Dolce Vita. I was a bit sceptical when I saw the surroundings but it turned out to be a great place.
It is a 4* resort, but I truly recommend it.
The hotel is very spacious, clean and nice looking. A lot pf place in the lobby bar and the saloon. It has a indoor pool, gym, SPA centre. The rooms are big with a nice, big bathroom (shower + bathtub). When we had a small issue with the showers in one of the rooms we occupied it wad very quickly fixed. Big plus!

The animation program is super. Fun morning gymnastics, darts, volleyball and other games! Stefan from the animation team is a good motivator, he encourages, not pushes you to participate, which is great.
The pool is big, water is a little cold, but it doesn't bother that much. Lifeguards are present, very nice, attentive and helpful.

The restaurant is big, spacious and the food is tasty, various and nicely served.
The service very nice, always saying hello, smiling and generally a big plus.
Big thumbs up and warm greetings to the restaurant manager with a Polish wife (sorry, I forgot your name) - you made us feel welcome and well taken care of! I hope you get a bonus- you deserve it!

We had two extra dinners includes in your stay - one in a bulgarian restaurant (everything delicious, very nicely served) and a greek one. Both dinners were a pleasant experience!

The hotel beach is very nice although a bit far, but the is a hotel bus and a nice driver will take you there.

The is a small shop, a place where you can change money, so overall everything you need is included.

A lot of green, trees, bushes, so the place really looked amazing!

I recommend it to everyone! I am sure you will have a great vacation experience there!

A few days ago was my first time visiting this gorgeous hotel and I couldn't have left with a more magnificent experience than the one I've had. Everything looked great and the staff helped me with everything at all times which left quite the pleasant feeling to me and my friends. There was also this noteworthy lifeguard which I believe was called Boyan. He helped me and my friend a bunch of times when we really needed it, he also guided us through the city one night and even gave us honest reviews of where we can eat and etc. and with this he ensured our stay to be more than wonderful. We can't say "Thank you!" enough times to him, but we'll make sure to do so every single time when we visit the Golden sands. Thank you, Dolce Vita hotel, Boyan and the whole staff of the hotel for making our stay a worthy one to remember!

Fantastic place for vacation. Great aquapark for childrens, fantastic big clean rooms with everything what is needed to stay 2 weeks or event more.
Warm welcome at guard house and then also at the reception :)
Hotel with true **** and aspiration for more. Very good animation team and great Team leader.
There is only one place for improvement- canteen/ restaurant. I believe that good manager there can motivate team for better work and can keep this important place cleaner.
Bulgarian and Asian restaurant are on ***** level but they are manager differently what was visible.

Hotel is clean & staff was very friendly, especially the animation team with zoe & the guys at the bar - The food could have been better, but fot the price that we paid it was completely fine and we had a great time

Iliana started my family holiday 2 weeks before arrival with a very great 1st impression of the hotel. She was very prompt in responding to queries. And considerated of taking my booking based on the results of the PCR test.

Upon arrival Milena, Radost and their reception staff (Martina & Zhenya) greeted us with a great welcome and ensured all our needs were promptly met.

Hristo, Nikolia, Nicoleta, Khristian and Boon will pour you drinks at the bar till you drop. LOVE IT!

Georgia leads the kitchen staff and what a great job he does and always ensures someone is greeting you at the door. The chef(s) prepare THE finest food in Varna.

Plamen ensures the lifeguard team at the swimming pool is always looking out for the little ones all day long. My only recommendation is to do something about the slippery floor tiles by the four (yes FOUR amazing pools for all ages) pools.

Zoe, Lubo, Presi and Misha have unparalleled energy to keep the little ones going all day long. I don't know how they do it.

Angelinka kept the room clean to an extremely high standard and the daily towel puppet always surprised me.

Ivan at the security gate always ensured only guests were entering the hotel.

The gardens are maintained to a lovely standard and the atmosphere always smells fresh.

Once you've had enough of eating and drinking....Dido, Vanessa and Rali will give you any type of relaxing massage you could wish for at a very reasonable price.

I mention all these names (and there were tens more) because these are the names of the people that will make your "hotel stay" into a "family holiday".

All inclusive is my recommendation and I will be booking again.

This hotel gave us the break we needed at an inexpensive all inclusive price, staff very polite and attentive, rooms spacious and clean, food quality very good. Having read many reviews on here it seems that you can please some of the people some of the time. Our experience was first class. All i woukd suggest is why not visit the eating places within a 500metre walk and get the 30% discount on superb sea food if you are less than happy with the restaurant?
As far as clientele go, the hotel is not responsible for who dtays there. Us British all know how rude many German and eastern European people can be. That is down to poor breeding and bad manners!

It is a wonderful luxurious hotel that really deserves 4 stars. The food was very good and the hotel is clean. The rooms are very spacious, modern and clean also. The staff is very kind, smiling and always jumps to help.

Great place for holiday. Only downer was that there was not a shallow end in pools for non swimmers.
