Arrived with a dislocated shoulder to ask for medical assistance. Before any help was provided they requested 500€ (claiming this was normal price for an x-ray, medical assistance, and a shoulder brace, saying that my insurance would cover everything). Generally despicable service and care, mostly a money grab attempt.The doctor refused to also speak English even though he understood everything I was explaining. If it's not urgent try getting medical care in Samokov.

MASSIVE RIP OFF! Do not go here, charged us 240 euros for consultation and drugs for whilst trying to push infusions on us. When asked about price beforehand was reluctant to reveal.

He’s purely relying on people not knowing or caring as their insurance will cover it! Do as others recommend and go to nearby town.

Such a rip off. Tried to charge me 525lev (almost 300EUR) for a thumb xray and examination. Drove to Samokov and was perfectly taken care of free of charge.

Drive down to the town (13minute drive) and you can get whatever you need done for free or at a normal price by kind, helpful, professional doctors.

265 lev for a 10 minute neurological exam after contracting a mild concussion. Doctor prescribed me ibuprofen, which my GP at home said can actually cause bleedings following a concussion.

I guess if you need a doctor here it is still better than nothing, but perhaps ask for his price list beforehand and phone your own GP to cross-check his diagnosis / prescription.
