Way better than the Igleeka, best value accommodation in Borovets. Highly recommended

I can say that I was only at the restaurant. Unique and cozy ambiance and the prices of food are acceptable.

The hotel surprised us with nice service, delicius cusine, warm rooms and NORMAL prices! I think this is more than enough for everyone who come to enjoy winter sports. The sloopes are very close and you don’t have to use transport. The hotel have free parking!

I would like to say that we were very happy with the hotel. The staff was very friendly. When we arrived there was a small problem but they fixed it straight away and they gave us a VIP room. The beds were clean; only the walls were a little bit cracked but overall it was ok. The water in the pool was cold but it was ok. The rooms were warm and it was very quiet; we managed to have a good rest. The hotel in general was quiet. The girl that was working at the reception helped us soo much with transport to the airport and I will never forget how thoughtful they were for packing food for the trip as we were leaving early in the morning. If we go back to Borovets, we would go back there. The price is also very reasonable.

Out of season nobody cares for anything unless you give them a tipp.

I was a little concerned by the reviews, but I stayed in rooms 24&25.

Clean, warm and tidy. No luxuries, we didn’t book breakfast, but the price we paid more than satisfied.

Access to the pool and sauna is a bonus as well.

We come to ski and only spent evenings sleeping in rooms.

There are such mixed reviews for this hotel. We stayed there last week and we thought it was lovely. The staff are great and very helpful and although we were initially given a double instead of a twin room it was changed as soon as they could. The hotel is spotless with fresh towels daily. Plenty of toilet rolls contrary to other reviews and was lovely and warm throughout. Perfect location as it is not right in the middle of the noisy nightlife. The food isn't great but it's so reasonable to eat out. Would definitely recommend it and would definitely go back.

What a great hotel. The rooms were large and comfortable. The shower was excellent and can get very warm. The rooms were kept warm all the time. Plenty of draws and 0laves to hang clothes. Towels and dressing gowns were provided. The whole hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly, helpful and kind. There was a swimming pool and a great night club attached to it. 5 mins walk to the ski slopes. Big fan of this place and would return.

Good value for money. Good hotel and nice restaurant. There was a nice surprise with some entertainment during one of the dinners on the 25th of December. The reception seems a bit unorganised, as we had booked 5 rooms and there was a problem with the reservation of one of them. However after explaining everything was fine. But on the positive side the housekeeper has found my cell phone forgotten in the room after checking out and came right after to find me in the lobby. Thanks for that.
I would recommend the place as it was really a great value for money.

Cold spaghetti for breakfast and half a tonne of salad for dinner every night was the biggest mo since the Spanish civil war.
