Villa Katalina Hotel

Very nice building. Interior design is awesome. Very close to the beach (just by walking). Awesome view. Very Clean rooms, that including washing machine and cooking staff. There is also coffee machine (need to buy capsules). Very nice accommodation.

We stayed at Hotel Villa Katalina for 2 days and I can honestly say that it has been one of the best hotel experience we have ever had!

The room was exquisite with lots of space, nice interior, a nice double bed. The AC worked well and the room had a decent minibar. The bathroom was really nice with a very good shower and a state of the art toilet. The room was spotless when we received it, and I have never before experienced such a nice and tidy hotel experience in my years of traveling.

The hotel is situated in a quite nice area of San Sebastian, with lots of bars, restaurants and shops just around the corner. If you fancy visiting the old part of San Sebastian or the beach, they are no more than 10 mins walk away.

The hotel staff was extremely nice and helpful. We visited San Sebastian during the summer of 2021, where COVID-19 was still an issue. Coming from abroad, we found it quite difficult to figure out where and how to get tested for COVID-19. The staff helped us immensely in booking tests, and when there were no test times available in the city labs, they offered that the Hotel would cover the expenses for the taxi, so that we could get tested at a hospital just outside of the city. As if this wasn't already excellent service, the staff even helped us to get a discount on the tests at the centre. I have never before experienced such high level of service!

All in all, we can only highly recommend Hotel Villa Katalina. The staff, location and hotel were all excellent. We give the experience a 10/10.

Well, I just loved this place , Very close to the sea beach and very organised room. There is direct 409 from airport and from the grand mall. The location is very nice. Strongly recommended.

This place is amazing. It has a very nice view, it's quiet and next to the sea. Only far away from Varna (20-30 minutes bus ride, 2.10 Lev) or a taxi for 10-15 Lev.
Bathroom is good, beds are okay, clean and there is enough space.
The bus stop is near the hotel and drives every 30 minutes. Just be aware that when you want to drive to the hotel by bus from Varna, you want to go to "journalist" or something. Just ask the bus driver

This place is beautiful. The house is clean and contains everything you need. The view from the balcony is amazing. The distance from Varna is a little bit far, but you can take the bus from the bus station which is pretty close.

Amazing hosts, margareta and alexander are truly beautiful and friendly people, they provide an amazing service to there customer and are always happy to go the extra mile, the penthouse apartment is absolutely beautiful, open plan, modern and great attention to detail at a very reasonable price, i would highly recommend the katalina to anybody visiting varna and saint konstantine thank you for an amazing time and thank you for being and becoming great friends

Это не просто отель, это такое место, которое заставляет тебя спланировать свой ближайший отпуск и обязательно приехать ещё раз. Шикарные номера, все продумано до мелочей, в этом отеле есть «душа». Я оказался здесь в декабре, но в отеле тепло, уютно и очень приятно находиться. Отдельное спасибо хозяевам за то, что принимают гостей отеля в любое время. Очень рекомендую, в Болгарии за последние 15 лет я ничего подобного не встречал. Вид на море и отличная локация для летнего отдыха.

Спокойно,тихо,уютно място,чисти стаи,разполага с всичко необходимо.Цената е повече от приемлива. Момичето,което ни настани е симпатично и любезно. Препоръчително е да се пробва 🙂

Замечательный получился отпуск. Отдыхали большой компанией - 8 человек. Апартаменты с четырьмя спальнями и с большой гостиной и кухней . Одна из спален с балконом и в гостиной тоже есть большой балкон. Есть комфортная зона барбекю, отличные завтраки, рекомендую. Хозяин очень заботливый и внимательный . Автобусная остановка на против вилы, так же рядом магазин, маленький, но с большим ассортиментом. Роскошный пляж через дорогу. Шикарный вид на море с балкона. Вообщем всё просто супер

Мы недавно отдыхали всей семьей в Варне ( пляж Кабакум) в отеле "Villa Katalina Hotel". Чистые и уютные комнаты, а также чудесный вид на море, сделал наш семейный отдых неповтримым. Цена-Качество полностью соответветствуеют критериям семейного отдыха. Хозяин отеля был очень гостеприимным и общительным, и помог нам с отьездом/приездом в отель. Завтрак был очень вкусный и сытный) Мы обязательно приедем еще раз.

Хорошая вилла, нам попался номер со своей кухней. Есть посуда для готовки, большой холодильник, стиралка, посудомойка. Кровать удобная, постельное чистое и свежее. Отдельное преимущество - просторный балкон с красивейшим видом на море! До моря очень близко. До Варны 10 минут езды.

Tek kelime ile mükemmel. Fiyatı uygun odalar çok büyük. Kalabalık bir aile iseniz kesinlikle mükemmel bir villa. Yolunuz düşerse gitmenizi şiddetle öneririm.

O priveliste de nemaipomenit. De la hotel pina la mare maxim 7 min, mers agale, plaja curata, pentru copii o zona perfecta, se odihnesc si copiii si parintii. Doamna Liuba o persoana draguta si atenta. Ne-au primit cu drag chiar inainte de timpul rezervat. Recomand tuturor ce vor sa se odihneasca intr-o zona linistita si placuta.
