Imperial Palace Hotel

Been here multiple times, plenty of food covering different tastes. Staff polite & friendly, considering the size of the hotel. Rooms spacious & clean (maid daily) Got back to my room, on my birthday.., bottle of wine waiting. Thoughtful for a massive hotel .

Myself and my new wife just stayed here for 2 weeks, hate leaving now. Staff have been so friendly and accommodating. Nothing ever too much.
Our room overlooking the sea was spacious and was cleaned every day, except for some lie ins.
The hotel, even though so big, is kept immaculate. It's at the quieter end of the resort, but many pubs and restaurants along the beach promenade right outside the back of the hotel. 25 minutes walking to flower street or just a few minutes on the land train which stops outside.
The swimming pool was newly done up and was fab. Steps down into the pool was so helpful as my wife can't use her right arm so a ladder would have been very difficult. The pool bar was efficient for drinks and fast service. Snacks being made available from here for around would be a plus.
We stayed all inclusive, food was very good but repetitive. When asked by staff if we'd recommend anything we would say more choice, they said there should be more selection later in the season.
Shop on site really helped. There are no kettle in the rooms, knowing this, we brought our own. There is a coffee and tea kiosk right outside the hotel though.
During the day, kids are kept busy with the entertainment staff. In these last 2 weeks there was no evening entertainment.
The weather was amazing.
We went to Khans Tent which was a night of great Bulgarian dishes and amazing acrobat and dancers. Everyone should go.
Lastly I would like to say I would definitely come back to this hotel.

I'm totally satisfied 😌. The staff is polite, the building of the hotel is mesmerizing, the food is delicious. I recommend this hotel to everybody. Come here. You won't regret. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.

The hotel is really nice! There isn't a lot of food to choose from, but they compensate for that with the taste of the food!
The hotel has 2 restaurants, outdoor pool
And one on the inside of the hotel.
There's a sauna too.

So basically, honestly, the best hotel that you will ever meet they have the top service not just for customer they got a special team that looks after kids and gives them the best enjoyable time very well looked after kids for the adults to enjoye the best holiday thanks to all of them

This was our first experiance in Bulgaria and all inclusive pack. It was really pleasant. The hotel Imperial Palace is placed right in front of the sea, the beach is clean and have special place where to lay at the sun. Food here is delicious, good timing for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Room service at its best. Clean sheets, towels ect. Shame we were week from season opening, so the pool was close, but there is also a inside pool.

The staf was great, always helpfull and very polite. Food was also realy good delicios and the hotel location is near the beach so it was great for beach days and evening walks. I’m very satisfied with my stay in Imperial palace

Very good hotel with Central beachfront locations. Staff is extremely helpful. We felt very well this couple of days.

Very nice and very nice hotel. The first impression was made by the managers of the hotel and the reception with the great professionalism and radiant radiation of the staff. I had an unforgettable vacation of one week and we were charged with positive energy! We will certainly visit the Imperial Plaza Hotel again. The food is varied and fresh in abundance. It's great!

Excellent atmosphere. Lovely people. Traditional tastiest various of food. Sea view from the balcony - is amazing during the day and at night. Sea, beach and hotel's pool kept my kids active while I was enjoying cocktail 🍸on the sunbed. I will definitely visit this hotel again ☺

The Imperial Palace Hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. They have so much to do disco and show every night. The staff are amazing, Entertainment was great. I really enjoyed my time staying here. The air conditioning in the room was great. The location is perfect it is situated near local markets where you can buy merchandise, shirts, shoes, and pool floats. It is also within a 3 minute walk from the free shuttle buses to both aquapark nessebar and Action Aquapark. Just outside the hotel, there are road trains which will take you up to Sunny Beach for a cheap price. It is also very close to the beach, just a 3 minute walk 🚶‍♂.

Just returned today from a week at Imperial Hotel. We were a little concerned all our party of six as we had read the reviews but there was no need whatsoever. We had an amazing time. The food was amazing so much choic always fresh.our rooms were cleaned everyday and the general manager and his te could not do enough for us. Perfect holiday we aim to return later this year.

Very, very nice location. Access to beach. Very friendly staff. Good clean room. Nice view, even from room on the side of hotel. Location of beach access. Street which one needs to be crossed is closed for traffic, that makes it very fine .

Top rooms and food! Recommend!!

Do not let the bad reviews put you off this hotel. It is not the same standard as a 5 star hotel in Ireland or England so don't go there expecting that, I would say more like a 4 star but it is a very nice hotel. The room and hotel in general was kept very clean and the staff were very friendly, especially the man taking room numbers in the restaurant. He was very accommodating. There was always a good selection at the buffet and the food was always very tasty and fresh. The food is the same standard as you would get in most of the restaraunts around Sunny Beach but much cheaper in this hotel if you get a half board or all inclusive rate. The pool area was very nice and the location was perfect. The amounf of bad reviews are not warranted for this hotel. Overall it was amazing value. We travel a lot and usually like to go to new places but we plan to return to this hotel in a few months.

A little bit heavy on statues and bling, but the nice staff and the sublime cooking make up for the strange first impression.
P.S. Visited the next year... bringing the stars to 2, because the cooking has gone downhill, the "all inclusive" does not include the amenities of the hotel, like billiards, beach towels for the pool, spa, etc, the housekeeping has gone subpar and everyone is parking at the front entrance, making it impossible to unload your luggage.

Perfect location 50 meters from the sea, friendly employees, music, water gymnastics, massage, gorgeous sea view, delicious traditional Bulgarian food !! Piano music is played in the evening. Outside, you can dance. The hotel also has a good DJ, as well as the chef who makes delicious burgers!, Ground floor shop, Billiards, and pool bar!Umbrellas and sunbeds can also be taken at Ultra all inclusive or directly on the beach,At the pool beds and sunbeds for everyone!The rooms are cleaned every day, it is a hotel for all ages! We are back from Imperial hotel we had a fab holiday food was good staff where nice and friendly also manager rooms where cleaned every day at reception couldn't do enough great view from hotel overall 10 out of 10 our regards thank you Marion and Robert Hall Ireland x
