Great resort for a family gateway and not only! Perfect location for a bit of tranquility. Space for kids to have fun and for the parents to relax with spa and swimming pool. Lovely space with all the animals to visit. Chef Angel prepares delicious meals,to try the homemade creme caramel! Great service from staff,highly recommended:)

This is a gem that one should not miss out for sureee. We came for the weekend, we booked a double room, but since the guests were few, they gave us an apartment. Big and spacious rooms, clean, but what is for me the most exciting perk of this place is the fact that the kitchen uses local produce, they have a farm with many different animals.

We literally cleaned our plates off. I want to also congratulate Alexander, who was most helpful, calm and polite. Rarely have I seen such sweet and humble person in Bulgarian resort to help us on the reception desk, to serve us in the restaurant from breakfast until dinner, even to manage the spa facility. Overall - we love the guy.

I would like also to congratulate the kitchen staff who made specials meals for me because of my Christmas fast. Everything they prepared was spot on in terms of flavor, deliciously fresh and made with care. We love this place. Amazing!

Another thing to mention is that we loved the cheeses so much that we asked how could we buy some of it. We actually found the man who is preparing locally these products using the milk coming from the very same Mentor Resort. If you wish to buy local delicious products ask the amazing staff.

Unique place surrounded by green mountains, extremely well maintained buildings and facilities. The terraces have a very beautiful view. Everywhere, is a very cozy atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and smiling. If you have more specific food requirements, you can discuss them with the chef. The room was exceptionally clean, tidy and cozy. The bed is very comfortable and large enough.

Amazing athmosphere, food, ambient in the middle of nowhere. Definitely goes in the list with favorite places for a relaxing vacation.

Комплексът е на няколко километра от гръцката граница до с. Гайтаниново. Има открит басейн, футболен стадион, фитнес, зоокът с лами, камили, понита, сърни, кенгуру, щрауси. Обслужването е много добро, а кухнята им предлага много вкусна храна. Стаите са нови, чисти и просторни, с прекрасна гледка към планината. Само дето на пилоните със знамената са опънали флаговете на Куба, Венецуела, Северна Корея и съвецкия - изчезващи червени кочини.

Благодаря на Управителя Иван за коректното отношение, и за това, че той и персонала направиха всичко, което се искаше от тях за да си изкараме един хубав уикенд. Всички гости от групата с която посетихме Mentor resort си тръгнаха с усмивка. Персонала също е усмихнат и приветлив, а храната е вкусна. Хотела е чист и много добър за цената си. Има хубава гледка от стаите, а ако се договорите предварително може да останете до късно, за да си купонясвате и пеете в ресторанта. С удоволствие ще го посетя отново при първа възможност! Поздрави и продължавайте в същия дух!

Уютно, чисто и топло е в хотела! Вкусна храна! Перфектно обслужване! Приятно място за релакс и разходки! Разполага с много възможности за забавление! СПА- центъра е малък, но с почти всичко необходимо! Препоръчвам го!

Стаите бяха уютни и много добре поддържани. Обслужването беше на високо ниво - лъчезарни, приветливи и гостоприемни хора!
