Dona Guest House - Horse Riding

A family run guest house which isn't luxurious but the friendliness of the hosts more than compensate for it. They have a large friendly Labrador called Russell that wants to play with you in their nice garden. The host Mitko has horses and can take you up the mountain on horseback - recommended. Also, the breakfast was very good

Amazing place! We were just for a ride, but instruktor was super nice and horses were safe even for begginers. I just hope horses get water after a ride (I haven't seen this), but generalny looks like they are in good condition.

Beautiful property, great location, wonderful hosts and sweet dog. Our room was very big and clean. We stayed with a 3 & 5 year old and we were able to walk around the village and rarely used our car. The yard is beautifully maintained and it was nice to sit outside and relax. Highly recommend staying here!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful traditional house. Everything was above expectations, the host was very friendly, he made us a gift with an upgrade from deluxe room to an apartment, it was big, comfortable and very clean. The view from the terrace is beautiful , overlooking the town.
We tried as well the horse riding, we had an amazing walk in the forest, observing the town with spectacular views.
The breakfast was another great thing, we had it in our room, it was more than delicious.
Definitely we will be back!

We spent 5 nights in Dona Guest House and we love the place!
The host (Mitko) and his family are very kind; the food is very nice, the rooms are tidy and charming and the animals cute and calm. Horse riding was really good as well (I am a novice), and the owner takes good care of the riders and his horses.

If we visit Bulgaria again, we will come back to Dona Guest House :)

I love Daisy and Nila and the super friendly happy dog. Excellent breakfast and coffee that was unexpectedly brought to our room. The setting was idyllic.

Rooms are nice clean and well appointed, the garden is lovely and I would highly recommend the homemade breakfasts.
The horses are well trained and fine even for absolute beginners like me.
