Four Points by Sheraton Bansko

Superb 2 night stay here. I stayed in the off-season, so there was almost no one in the entire hotel. I enjoyed the spa access, multiple saunas, steam rooms, and sitting areas. The pool was heated nicely. The entire facility is brand new. Everything is perfect and in working order. A lot of great common space around the hotel.

Loved the balcony's in the rooms!

The service was great. The bartender, Michael was the highlight of the stay. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.

Breakfast was also great!

Great place to stay. Service is really top notch - which is far from granted in Bulgaria. People smile, food is good. Hotel was renovated recently so everything is clean and tidy.
Very close to the old town
Prices in early April are really accessible

Ps : there’s adorable little turtles in the courtyard. Children (and adults) love it.

We spent a weekend at the hotel for Ski & Hiking... The hotel is very new & rooms are clean & modern, the breakfast is very good & there's also a restaurant and a bar on site...
The hotel staff are very helpful & friendly, and the front desk manager is very helpful..

The location of the hotel is very convenient, walking distance from the Ski gondola, ice rink & several good bars & restaurants... There's both an indoor & outdoor pools, a spa & a pool table, really everything you need to have a great time...

Can't recommend the place enough and we'll definitely come back when in Bulgaria :)

Located in the heart of Bansko, Four Points is not only near all the night life and restaurants but also not far from the lift.
The atmosphere was nice and the room felt spacious and stylish .
The spa zone was very peaceful and the interior felt as a continuation of the beautiful mountainy nature of the region.
The staff was well trained, always helpful and friendly. We had a great experience with the bar manager Lyudmil, who prepared us exquisite Irish Coffees and explained in detail about the drinks.
Definitely a place we will return to.

Amazingly relaxing and comfortable stay here, heart of bansko with a perfect breakfast buffet to recharge us for the snowboard day ahead. Staff are very friendly and goes the extra mile (helping to return a ski item as we had to catch our bus out). A million thanks for this kindness.

Very attentive service, nice spa facilities and enjoyed the 24hr gym. Clean interior and high quality decors; in addition loved the Christmas event with Santa Claus! The front desk needs a bit more training with regard to correctly using the systems for booking and charging. But overall very good experience, will come back again.

Excellent location, brand new hotel, attentive staff and very tasty breakfast- we would come back any time. Thank you Daría, Kateryna, Iryna for a great service during breakfast, thank you Anastasiia for making us feel so welcomed and for preparing very tasty lunch snacks at the bar! The pool and spa experience - are the highlights of this hotel.

Hotel is great, only issue was the room temperature was automatically going back to 24c in the night.

Cannot fault hotel, clean, friendly, good rooms, good location.

One of the greatest hotels i have ever stayed and for sure better than the old and neglected kempinski. Marriot once again made a jewelry. Super comfy and cozy room, clean with nice atmospheric scenery. Everybody is smiley and polite. Highly recommended.

19-25 Şubatta kaldığım ve bundan sonra Banskodaki tek adresim. Hotel yenilenmiş, odalar çok temiz, spa alanı mükemmel, kahvaltıları oldukça başarılı, personel çok ama çok ilgili, güleryüzlü, yardımcı. Özellikle resepsiyon ekibi tek kelime ile mükemmel. Giriş ve çıkış sürecinde inanılmaz yardımcı oldular, özellikle çıkış günümde bir kış hotelinin olması gerektiği gibi, müşteriyi koşturmacaya zorlamayan, rahatça hazırlanmanız için imkan yaratan personellere tekrar teşekkürler. Sadece tek eleştirim, odada girişte duvara o büyük kar montlarını asmak için büyük açık askılar olabilirdi :) spa bölümündeki Magdalena isimli olduğunu hatırladığım masör (yanlış ise kusura bakma lütfen) tatil sonunda mükemmel bir son ile beni evime yolladı, herkese her şey için tekrar teşekkürler.

Посетихме Four Points by Sheraton Bansko и искам да кажа, че останах доста впечатлена! Супер интериор, вкусна храна, СПА, безупречна чистота - бяха на топ ниво! Това което ме провокира да напиша пост тук е отношението на целия персонал! Толкова мило, внимателно и приятелско отношение от персонал не бях получава! Явно фактът, че са част от световна верига си казва думата! Заслужава си да се посети, а цените са повече от адекватни предвид ранга на хотела.

מלון מעוצב ונהדר שעבר שיפוץ. החדרים נקיים מאד, ארוחת הבוקר טעימה וטרייה, צוות המלון מאד אדיב ותמיד מוכן לעזור ולייעץ, קיבלנו צ׳ק אאוט מאוחר ללא תוספת תשלום. המלון במיקום מרכזי מאד במיוחד לאוהבי הסקי, נמצא במרחק הליכה ממעלית הסקי וחנויות להשכרת ציוד. במלון יש בריכה מקורה עם נוף משגע להרים, סאונה יבשה עם חלון פנורמי גדול וסאונה רטובה. אנחנו בהחלט נחזור למלון בחופשה הבאה שלנו בבנסקו.

Sobe čiste uredne, hrana super, usluga odlična. Sve preporuke.
