Excellent restaurant, plenty of choices. Sushi is very good, beef as well. Good location, very good service. A very good option for dinner in Bansko!

I really liked it, we came for pizza and didn’t have expectations because my partner is from Italy but it was decent, especially the one with goat cheese I think and I loved the chocolate soufflé with raspberries and pistachios!!! They have a big menu with lot of options including vegetarian and some vegan. I would love to come back and try more stuff. The server was also really cool.

Good service, tasty food and like so many Bansko restaurants, the menu is wide and varied, meaning they offer a huge variety of foods from different cultures and countries so something for everyone.

Wow! It was the best restaurant we visited in Bansko! The food arrived very fast, everything was delicious, the atmosphere was so nice. But the best part was the service. We had a lot of bad experiences with the service in restaurants in Bansko and we felt the difference here. The waiter did his job in the best way he could. He let us some good recommendations on what to order, he also remembered that we came to celebrate my birthday and made sure to bring us a dessert with a candle. It was very good experience. Recommended!

The service is very fast and the employees very friendly. The atmosphere is nice as well. Prices are good 2 people around 50 euros (500ml wine includes),moreover there are a lot of dishes to select from , either sea food or meat.10/10 would recommend.

The best pizza in Bansko... and possibly one of the best I've ever had in general!

We've eaten at Victoria's many times now and both the service and the food have been consistently impeccable! The restaurant has a selection of traditional Bulgarian dishes as well as more exotic options and delicious pizza and pasta.

Their pizza is particularly good and you would honestly wish you could have it every day! They always cater to our specific requirements in changing different ingredients to make it the way we like it, which is amazing!

We've made multiple delivery orders and it's always been extremely quick - once it took them 17 minutes to deliver our order which is exceptional! The restaurant is even better, with super friendly and helpful staff and beautiful mountain-inspired decor!

I can highly recommend it for a reasonably-priced, consistently good meal in Bansko, one of the best restaurants in town!

P.S Something that could be improved is accepting card payments when paying for delivery, as some other restaurants in Bansko do that and it's pretty handy.

The food was really good and it came quickly. The service was spotless. We didn't have a reservation, but the stuff found a table for us, 6 persons for 2h. We will definitely come back again!

Had originally tried ordering for delivery, however that didn’t work out so made the short walk there and delighted with their even more extensive menu.

I’m a huge fan of sushi so of course had to tried theirs and I was not disappointed.

The night was very busy but the service wasn’t slowed down too much by it and many of the staff were friendly.

It is located right next to the slides. The interior of the restaurant is excellent with alpine details. Bare in mind that this is a fast food restaurant, therefore almost all of the meals are precooked. That translates into a very fast service, they brought all of the orders for our table of 10 people in less than 20 minutes. The food was super delicious, the prices were reasonable. There was also a show program with some ballet dancers

Really good. Surprising to see so much diversity in the menu yet good quality and tasty. Great service as well. Definitely recommend. Get the Garlic bread with cheese and focaccia and thank me later.

A great mixture of literally all cuisines of the world in one menu - and everything was perfect.
6 of us ordered sushi, chinese noodles, pizza, a burger, mexican tortilla, chicken soup, and afterwards cakes for desert, and there was not a single mistake or complaint. 10 stars for the crew and the restaurant!

Lots of interesting food options you won’t see anywhere else in Bansko! Beautiful dining area inside and out. Ordered Avocado caprese, duck noodles and gyoza and really enjoyed it all!

Probably the best restaurant in Bansko. We've been here for 3 times during our 6-day ski trip to Bansko and would come back. Highly recommended. Varied menu. Coffee is great too. Popular with tourists as well.

One of the best places for food in Bansko !!! Extremely good tastes and great plates are coming in front of you..The menu has lots of choices and the service was pretty good. The greatest thing in this restaurant are the prices cause you can eat wonderful food with really low cost....

Super delighted. We went there for lunch and we ended up going for dinner for the remaining 2 evenings.Must stress that the stuff was extremely polite and professional.Will go back any time.Food was delicious and the same as it was described in the menu.
