My stay at the hotel wasn’t bad at all. The rooms were always warm, food was delicious and the staff were extremely friendly & helpful. Would probably visit again in the future!

Overall excellent experience, not the best staff, food is okay, SPA centre is indeed cold, rooms were clean and warm, but I had really good time during New Year’s celebration (special thanks to the owner).

We love this hotel with all their All inclusive options. Staffs are very helpful and hard working, trying to make everybody happy .
Love the Bulgarian food with all varieties fresh & tasty dishes . Special tanks to the Chef , the Hairdresser , the Massage therapist and The receptionist - Ibrahim . They are great!
We come all the way from Arizona and choose this place because was recommended. And we are glad we did it .

Gosh it snowed, we rented a double apartment and skied for 5 days. We went early March, the hotel was reasonably busy, but we were self catering. The apartment was warm, clean and spacious. We had one fault which was fixed in under 30 mins, on a Sunday evening, very good service. Certainly consider going back

Fantastic hotel with great service in all departments. The team definitely understands the meaning of customer service and what a person needs to feel well, relaxed and served when on vacation. Exceptional reception, restaurant, spa, housekeeping and kids' club services!! Food is delicious and of big variety. Spa is nice, massages are great. Rooms are clean and spacy. Kids' club personal is kind and engages with the kids. Highly recommended for families with children.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The pools both indoor and outdoor were fantastic, and the spas were great as well. The food was absolutely delicious, and overall my experience was shrouded with good vibes. Definitely recommend.

Very nice holiday place with a perfect view of the Pirin mountains. It has all of the essentials inside, friendly stuff and comfy atmosphere. Totally recommend it. It's also very quiet, so it's perfect getaway place for couples or families.

Great hotel , we took an apartament with 2 floors 🤩🤩, in apartament is very warm, the atmosphere is good at reception ✌,the spa is absolutely phoenomenal big pool , sauna 2 types , wifi is very fast and it is FREE in every apartment 🤩, at least i can day that i could chose this hotel instead of many others , i reccomend , for me 5 ⭐

The place is nice, it is a bit far from Bansko (about 10 km) but it offers 24/7 shuttle. The view to the moutains from the rooms is amazing.

Hotel that maybe isn't a new one, but well maintained. Its personnel will make everything to make your stay as good as possible. Rich food varieties and many spa and pool activities.

Very good hotel with wonderful service and stuff. Good pools, spa and food. I recommend it for vacation with family and kids.
