Hotel Panorama

Love this place! By far, my favourite hotel to go to with my 3-year-old son. The staff is lovely! They have become like an extended family to me. Rooms are spotless clean. Playgrounds are well equipped - both inside and outside. There is a small slope behind the hotel perfect for sledging. Great lunch menu. Plenty of nature walks to pick from. My happy place! ❤❤❤

excellent value for money. very friendly and willing to assist staff. the lady in the reception helped me plan my day and suggested to drive us to the lift for free (which she did later). the downside is the old facility, small bathroom with no separation for the showers

Hotel Panorama is the discovery of the year for me - a wonderful place very near the 7 Rila Lakes and the Skakavitsa Lodge and waterfall.

We arrived around 6pm and the receptionist Nikoleta greeted us like family and explained everything you need to know and beyond!
Absolutely charming young lady with amazing attitude and remarkably professional and dedicated to making your stay at the Panorama pleasant and enjoyable!

The rooms are nice and the view is fantastic - it is the Panorama - a marvellously well located hotel.

The hot water is very hot and the cold water is very cold which I absolutely love!

The bed was very comfortable and there’s a balcony with table and chairs if you want to enjoy some time there sitting in the sun and admiring the view.

The restaurant is nice and the food is great! The prices are beyond reasonable for the quality you get! The staff is friendly, helpful and attentive and would give you good suggestions for seasonal dishes or anything you ask for.

The parking area has plenty of space and there’s a very nice playground to the side of the hotel as well.

We’ll definitely visit again and as soon as we can;-)

Shower and toilet combination was a bit awkward. Service was great, food was good and the price quality ratio is excellent. We had a nice walk around the lakes during the day which is super close and could relax in the hotel with some beers and played pool in the night. Breakfast was just a sandwich with some cheese, ham and egg.

The best customer service we have experienced in Bulgaria!!! From the time of booking, throughout our stay, and even after we left (forgetting our hats in the hotel), the reception staff went over and above to accommodate all our needs and look after us in a truly caring way. The housekeeping and restaurant staff were also very polite and cheerful, providing a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The restaurant was good, but we would have liked to try more traditional Bulgarian cuisine, but this is a very minor personal preference. The views are absolutely breathtaking! When we called them after we returned home, to ask if our hats have been found, the receptionist immediately offered to have them sent to us the very next day. Nothing was too much trouble! We have stayed in this hotel several times in the past 10 years, but this year the staff attitude, the general service and the facilities have improved dramatically. I would highly recommend the hotel!

Best spicy meatballs in Panichishte. The food is very good. The view from the terrace is amazing. There is an area for kids to play while you enjoy your meal, all around stellar performance. I highly recommend this place!

Great location, great views and a great lawn for the kids to play. The staff were really helpful and nice, great service.
I'd only suggest that they put more ambient vegetarian options on the menu, like rice, or beens, or peas, for example.

Really nice place in a good location in the mountains with lots of options for hiking and skiing. The food in the restaurant are really tasty and the prices are very reasonable. The rooms are well equipped and very warm during the winter. And last but not least the staff is polite and helpful

The hotel is ideal for visiting Rila National Park and especially its 7 lakes. And the food is nice and the rooms are good and clean, with superb mountain views. In general there is a very friendly atmosphere. What makes the hotel stand out is Albena.
She is the hostess of the hotel and is really impeccable in all her duties. I think the hotel becomes 5 stars because of her. Thank you for all Albena.

I loved it from the moment we entered the hotel. It's a beautiful hotel with a beautiful view of Bulgaria's stunning 7 Rila Lakes. The hotel staff, their service, the hotel itself and the food served at the restaurant is of high quality and outstanding!! Would recommend to anyone who would love a getaway from the stressful world!!

A great hotel in the Rila mountain. The rooms are decent and the staff is friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and the prices were fare. It's good that there is a playground for kids and lots of parking lots. Will visit it again!

There are some places where you feel like home, and Hotel Panorama feels exactly like that. Probably because it's low season, yes, but Elena, the receptionist, is the heart of this hotel. She helped us from the very first moment, always helpul and welcoming, even if we arrived in the very early morning, with no reservation at all. Thank you for everything hotel Panorama! Btw, really nice taste with music!

My rating only applies to the restaurant of the hotel, which I visit regularly and the quality only improves with time. Good food with friendly staff and perfect view. Recommended.
