EL GRECO

This is the very best restaurant in the whole Bulgaria. The food is really better than the greek restaurants in Greece in Khalkidiki, and we have been to almost all of them. They deserve 100 stars. Perfect service, the team is extremely nice and polite and friendly and really really know how to make their guests feel amazing. The food is out of this world, whatever you order is made by them and really exceptional quality on ultra affordable even cheap price. If we come here to this city again one of the main reasons will be this restaurant.

A restaurant on the central square with a distinctly Greek flair that serves both meat and fish dishes. Day-trippers from Greece will feel like home, especially since there is a Greek menu and at least some of the staff speak conversational Greek. The meat dishes and appetizers were tasty and the staff were friendly. The prices were probably pretty average for Bulgaria, which is cheap by international standards.

Very nice place in the centre of Zlatograd. The portions were so huge! And tasty! Friendly staff!

The food was delicious and plentiful. The service was fast and courteous. Alben served us and helped us with the menu. He took the time to explain us the dishes and made suggestions. If you are looking for a place to eat in Zlatograd, El-Greco is the place to be.

Really, really, really good food! Top service, too. Food is guaranteed morning-delivered directly from the Greek seaside. We have been always reserved towards Greek restaurants in Bulgaria in generally, but El Greco is a proof this must not be the case. We had the octopus, 5he shrimp and a salad. Exceptional! Did I mention the desserts are always complementary(!) and a surprise by the master chef? Yes, true story!

Amazing Greek restaurant. Delicious fish and seafood, salads, a lovely homemade bread. Everything comes fresh from Greece. And they will treat you with a special dessert after dinner for present. Highly recommended!

Surprisingly good Greek restaurant in a small Rhodopi town. Everything we tried was excellent. Excellent and fast service too.

This is one of the best eateries we have been to - not only in Bulgaria, but around the Globe. One restaurant is not only the quality of the food, but also the professionalism of the staff, the deco, the ambience ( a combination of all sorts of minute details) - and El Greco ticks all points. We recommend to all travelers to Zlatograd to visit El Greco. The staff is superb, the food is great, the ratio quality: price is second to none. My husband and I would like to wish further success to the owners and personnel of this restaurant snuggled in the beautiful Rodopi mountains, in the center of the picturesque Zlatograd .
