Great place to go for a day-trip when in Velingrad - kids were thrilled by the exposition. The surrounding valley is very beautiful and for the hungry ones there are a couple of food places just next to the museum.

Small but very interesting. Ask for a guide so you can learn a lot of interesting facts about the area and the continent 5 mill. years ago!

You dont have much things to do so if you go specialy for tha museum forget it.. nothing special only one small room with mamuth inside...but is you are near and just pass by - ok you can spend 15 min to visit it and Tsepina Forest also...

Such a lovely discovery, totally fun and engaging. The ticket can be used at the Tsepina museum exhibition too so it's worth the combined price

Quite small museum, yet very well made. Free parking is available next to the building. Recommended for kids, families and everyone who might be interested in paleontology.

Smallest museum I've ever been to but well worth a visit. Showing fossils found in the area and a full size mammoth.
