First visit with my Brazilian family, and it was amazing! The highlight? Definitely Christian at the reception. He was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel really comfortable throughout my stay. Thumbs up for Christian's excellent service!

The hotel is OK. The food needs improvement due to their prices and so does the cleansing. The location is beautuful!

The dinner buffet is very delicious and has a nice variety of food. The service was also very good. Luis Gustavo attended our table and cleaned up our plates with a nice frequency.

Our stay was amazing here at Hotel Pousada. The staff was very professional and kind. The pools were so nice and so relaxing. I cannot wait to return! Fabiano Marques and Flavio Elias were so exceptional during our stay for breakfast and lunch. They both really made an impact on our stay. I will recommend this resort to my friends in the United States. Thank you so much.

I’m so in love with this resort! Perfect for family and friends! I totally recommend this place for a fun vacation! It is 9 of us and we are having lot’s of fun!

Great place to enjoy for some days
Lots of fun, even a make-believe beach, with waves and warm waters
Pousada is walking distance to mais places
Food is ok

Very good hotel. Big and comfortable family rooms (one double bed and two single beds). Good shower. Very silent air conditioner. Near the natural hot water pools (Parque das Fontes).
