There you can ride on a boat, swim on the sea and although the waves are very strong is good both for kids and elderly people.

Calhetas beach is the best beach to go near the city of Recife. There it is possible to dive without risks and spend the day. Very calm and pleasant.

A nice little gem about a small hour driving south from Recife. A nice place to hang out for a day. Enjoy some simple food and take a swim at one of the small but beautiful beaches. Plenty of selfie opportunities up or in between the many rocks next to the beach. A perfect place to just relax or hang out with some friends.

Beautiful beach, sand, water, waves and still mainly used by locals. Spent all day drinking, snacking and bathing.
