Clean store, high quality product, friendly staff. Great clothing and shoes for gym, soccer, running. They also sell compression wear and water proof clothing. However, you can not find swim and snow game gears.

We had the opportunity to buy soccer cleats and gloves for our kids. We were very impressed with the selection (esp in terms of brands and sizes of kids cleats) and the knowledge of the staff. Staff were attentive and patient, ensuring that we got the right gear. Prices were also very competitive. We will definitely be back!

Best sport for everything related to football. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly, and the products are great. You'll find anything from shoes, to balls, to clothing and even some speciality items like posters, scarfs and hats from some European top teams.

I appreciate the owner responding to my review of poor customer service. It happened that we needed a new set of cleats, so based on the feedback we went back. The customer service was way better, and even though the associate had to juggle 4 customers he got us set up with what we needed and was able to explain the pros and cons. I’m amending my rating to reflect

Stopped by here to look at cleats today, Jordan set me up with lots of options. Picked up a new pair of Nike Vapors. Very clean facilities and lots of selection, they even had turf and a ball to test them out. Beats buying online where you don't know how the cleats will fit.

Everytime we go the staff is always very knowledgeable, helpful and patient.
The store has a good selection for soccer players, goalies, referees and coaches.
Prices are good as well which is great for a specialized store.

Our family enjoys shopping here for our sports needs. The employees are very polite and helpful. The store has good sales and good variety of products to chose from. Check their website before going because some of their online sales might not be advertised in the store. Happy shopping!

Great service and super friendly staff. They have a good selection of wide running shoes which was great because I can never find them in most places. The shoes are a little expensive, but the staff helped me find a pair that doesn't rub my feet wrong or pinch them anywhere and are super comfortable so it is well worth the price.

Great customer service and good selection. Can sometimes be very difficult to find good boots in Ottawa but these guys have them. At least 7 or 8 different Nike Tiempo’s alone is worth the visit!

Wow, I do not understand any of the negative reviews for this place, although the language some of these reviewers are using should be indication enough.

The company website is NOT an online catalog, some people do not understand the expense and work required to maintain an online catalog with live inventory, especially considering this is a smaller business with multiple locations. Recognizing this, I called the store asking about a particular product, they told me what sizes were in stock and they even price matched a competitor. Price was incredibly reasonable, staff were very friendly and my package arrived the next day. I even had the option to use PayPal or credit card. Also note they post many of their products on eBay.

As for waiting for assistance - you can go to SportChek and get help in 5 minutes but the people helping you will not be knowledgeable and you won't get high end equipment. If you want helpful staff and high end products, then you will have to wait if others are in the store. Some people are way too impatient and don't understand the concept of waiting your turn.

Lastly, In2Sports was mentioned below, they absolutely do not budge on price and refused to transfer product to a local store so I could try the size. They insisted I pay for the product in full and shipping and said there were no returns allowed. They are successful because they are based out of Vaughan which has a large customer base. Their staff in the Oakville location also have no idea what they are talking about.

All of that said, I highly recommend, both locally and for nation wide customers! Loving my new preds and will be a returning customer for my next pair !

Very professional staff. Got some really good deals today. Must see if you're into soccer. Definitely recommend. One improvement suggestion: needs proper signage and directions for parking.
