Great food & a great patio. So nice that they allow dogs on the lower part as well. Great weekly deals!

Neighborhood pub with great atmosphere, and right on the water. Food was wonderful, ample servings, and a good selection of beer. Accessible to all. Very friendly and helpful service. I didn't have the kind of ice tea I liked, so she made it for me. Awesome.

Went to the Ladner Farmers Market and walked around and saw this Pub by the Dease island slough.
Had Fish N Chips and Ceasers to drink.
Very nice, nothing fancy

We always enjoy speeds, consistent yummy food! Queenie is the best server!! She goes above and beyond!

It’s been a few years since we’ve been to Speeds and very pleased with our dining experience. We shared the smash burger and fish and chips. The food was excellent. Looking forward to visiting Speeds more often.

Our server Sim was so nice 👏 Haven't been back here since the new owners took over and I'm happy with it. Wings were amazing, Beer was cold, service was great. Thankful that the carpet is gone lol

Prime rib dinner was not as good as it was previously. Ordered medium & received rare. Had to send it back. The thick gravy was bland & should be au jus on the side.

A lovely pub right on the river with an inviting smaller patio. A great place to relax with a nice bottle of wine and an enjoyable lunch! We didn't want to leave!

First time with new owners and manger we went for brunch. We ordered the west ham and totally loved it. Our server was Sanvi she was amazing. Nice atmosphere good food excellent service. Will be back

Nice little Pub in original part of Ladner along the dike...

Place is the perfect blast from the past almost like going to grandma and grandpa’s for dinner. If you’re looking for a restaurant where you can just relax and be you instead of putting on that “dinner” persona, this is your spot. You absolutely get your moneys worth here, the plates are actually filled unlike some restaurants where you pay and get half a plate. Waitress recommended their house burger (speeds) and it was hot fresh and juicy, nice crispy fries to follow. If you’re expecting a menu which requires a phd this is not your spot, however if you want a hearty home cooked meal this is most definitely your spot. While your at it grab a cold one and enjoy the great view.

New Ownership has seemed to really spruce the place up! Loved the food, had a delicious chicken burger and fries. Service was Greeeeaaaattt.

The place was packed and service was slow because it seemed only two people were working. The menu was limited but the items on it sounded great. Breakfast is served until 3 and wine is sold by the bottle at a reasonable price. Our waitress Queenie was cheerful and friendly. The food was good both in portion and taste. If you are looking for a cozy small town watering hole this is the perfect place. We will be back again!
