Product shipped across continent quickly, but once arrived locally, Team Transport is unable to deliver, provide information on status, allow to have product picked up at the distribution by others or myself. You would figure 40 hours is sufficient to organize and track product on 3 pallets to deliver 20 minutes down the road, but they are incapable of tracking and making adjustments. A work by the clock and it's not my job attitude type of employee company. I would recommend looking elsewhere if needing a shipping company unless timing and customer service is not a priority to you.

Fire Aneil please, the indian guy wearing sunglasses. He asked us to remove parked vehicles on the road so he can have more space when backing up. So i did the favor and helped him back up. Then he starts complaining and bitchin at me just because he cant park the way we asked. At the end, he did park the trailer, but his attitude towards us was totally rude and unacceptable. Guys like this always ruins their company's reputation.

Drivers are demanding and extremely rude. Avoid using this company at all cost.
