An amazing store...it's huge! They carry practically everything you will ever need for cycling. Whether you are a recreational cyclist or world class racer, they have it all. Prices are good. The staff is knowledgeable and parking is free. Check out the large selection of Trek bikes and e-bikes.

Sam from Camping was extremely helpful. We were looking around and he asked if we were finding everything (which we weren't 😅), and that started a very productive conversation about bike stands and other equipment we were looking for. Sam helped us find exactly what we needed, answered all our questions, and gave us some tips, despite Cycling not being his section.

My bike had a busted inner tube on the rear tire, so I took it in for a repair and had a fantastic experience with Mike in the repair shop. Not only did Mike get me set up with a new inner tube, he cleaned my bike up and made it look like new. Mike also taught me how to properly clean the bike, do the inner tube repair myself and got me set up with a few bike maintenance tools.

I haven't had such a wonderful customer service experience like this in quite some time! Mike was informative, kind and went the extra mile to get me right. If you need anything done on your bike, would highly recommend taking it to Mike at Bushtukah - Westboro to get it looked at. Thanks Mike, I'll be back!

After going to another outdoors store where it was hard to find a knowledgeable salesperson, Bushtukah was a welcome change.

A very helpful young man named Josh assisted me in getting measured for a hiking pack, and selecting the right one for me. His subject matter knowledge gave me the confidence I needed to purchase the right product for my needs – and he was impressively well-versed in the features of each of the pack models.

In addition, I saved some cash as Osprey packs were 25% off — and took advantage of the store’s excellent selection of related products and accessories.

For any outdoor enthusiasts in Ottawa, this is a great place to shop, with great, helpful staff.

Bushtaka is an Ottawa gem when it comes to sport stores. It has knowledgeable staff, especially for bikes, and the right balance of well-priced gear especially if you know when to hit the seasonal sales! Went today and, as usual, we were greeted by friendly staff, a knowledgeable employee gave us good advice for bikes, had some great sales on my favourite socks, and then we ended with a young cashier, who despite looking like he might be new to the job, was really friendly and efficient. It's rare nowadays to find a store that actually has employees available to help staff (no self-serve here!) and they seem to actually like their jobs.

Amazing bike service. Mike and Brad saved my day once again and continually give me amazing service. Fixed my race bike super quickly before my triathlon, really lifting a weight from my shoulders. Always tune it well. Always giving me great advice.

Both Mike, Brad, and Jesse their bike fitter are amazingly knowledgeable, skilled technicians and all around great people. They’ve helped me choose the right bikes, customize it to fit me and and keep me racing. Couldn’t do it without them!

I have been using Bushtukah for years!!! They are always professional, nice, able to answer any questions, knowledgeable, and they have a fabulous selection of clothes, sporting goods, bikes, etc.

I love it that they are dog friendly and allow the clinic therapy dogs to come with me, I am often going after treating patients.

They are great at helping patients I refer for running shoes, bike assessments, bikes, and so much more!

One draw back: I so wish they had not closed on Monday's several years ago. That is the best day for my errands.

The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, it took me a few tries to find the best bike for me and I have to agree it's a phenomenal bike. Anytime someone needs a new bike or service in my household this is my go to location.

I came in for a tune up due to some trouble with my front derailleur. After a once-over I agreed to a deluxe tune package that I felt was justified by wear & tear surpassing ~10,000km in mileage incl a 5,500km touring trip in Europe. On one of the first rides post tune up (commuting) my crank arm came off, so I promptly returned and staff immediately looked into the issue and addressed it. Another couple short rides and the front derailleur stopped working altogether. I returned and staff once again took my concerns very seriously, investigated the issue and reviewed what they found with me so that I understood the problem. I recognize that some mechanical issues can’t always be anticipated and overall am very satisfied with how the bike shop staff handled the issues we ran into and ultimately feel well taken care of. I’ve since put a couple hundred kms on it and its working like a dream!! Definitely would recommend Bushtukah for anything bike related!

I knew of this local store but never shopped here before. I recently went in to buy a set of cross-country skis and was so glad I dropped by. The service was impeccable with a number of employees contributing to my education and comfort in buying a set of skis and bindings. On top of it all, they provided service in french without me needing to ask - the crew here is so attentive and they had a great selection as well as great prices. They have won a client for a long time. So glad i stopped here - i received much better service than the big green store accross the street. Cheers to Bushtukah!

I was so grateful that SHARON was able to guide me in my choices today as it was my first visit, a big sale was going on and I felt overwhelmed. From the minute I approached her, she was very welcoming, polite and thorough. You could tell she knew a lot about the products. I walked away with three pieces that will serve me very well for my purposes (and I benefited from the 50% off sale!).

Mike in the bike shop is a LIFE SAVER!!! I managed to damage my wheel the day before a destination bike trip and he was able to take me in for emergency service and get my bike all sorted. Definitely went over and above, very grateful for him and bushtukah !

Issue resolved in no time thanks to Luke - Bought a brand new Marlin 4 three days ago, was advised bike will be kept to inspect things. All good it took only a day, so picked up a bike for my son who drove it around the block and the front shifter somehow got stuck in the chain ring and bent. Thanks to Luke the manager in the Westboro Bushtukah i hot a call within the 24 hours window and things were resolved. Took the bike in the shop and got an upgrade. Way to go Bushtukah, that's what i call exceptional customer service. Thanks.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff who don't pressure you or upsell. Lots of inventory too! My family has been coming to Bushtukah for years, and I always recommend it to friends.

Love this place. Knowledgable employees who are willing to help. I struggled to buy a bag for a couple weeks that would fit everything but also didn't want it to cost an arm and a leg.

Employee asked a lot of questions of what I would be packing, suggested I get the 48 over the 38, showed me how to adjust everything, and even helped me try the bag on with weights. I told her if she doesn't see me back in the store (to return it), that's a good sign.

I haven't been back, and I can't wait to use this bag on many trips to come! :)

Great service ! I came in last minute on a Sunday with an issue on my bike. I was shocked to see that they were opened on a Sunday, had a bike mechanic working and had the part I needed. They fixed my issue and had me on my way. Really couldn’t not have been any better. Would give six stars if I could !
