Good price and excellent customer service! They changed my pool liner, patched the pool wall, changed all sorts of tubes and did the pool opening. They came 3 times in 2 days to complete the job and ensured everything was working perfectly before they left. Big thanks to Myriam and Hakim! Definitely recommend this place.

I hope even if i can give more stars to this place it was my second time visit this place to repair pomp the workers was very honest and information was very clear exceptionnelly Jonathan this Guy he repair my pomp in 15 min and and he ask 30 dollar

Competent and helpful staff who actually answer the phone and try to address your question and give you information.
A refreshing experience compared to big stores in the West Island (trevi, club piscine) who do not know anything and claim they do not have parts. I called this place and spoke with James/Jim he checked for the part and had it in stock, it was waiting for me when I arrived that day. The staff know pool products and stock most common repair parts. Five stars.

Knowledgeable,friendly, approachable service, they make things personal and provide excellent advice and great prices. Their service is rapid AND SECOND TO NONE, and jobs are well executed they provide excellent insight and information on how to use equipment and how to winterize appropriately.

The staff is very knowledgeable and courteous. They took the time to answer all of our questions and explained how to do maintenance and small repairs on our pool system. Since moving in to the house, we've had Piscine Fabreville do our openings and closings of our pool system, and its been super quick and big load off of our shoulders and minds. Before coming to them, we had gone to some of the big box stores such as Trevi and Club Piscine, but have not found the same quality as far as experience, even when it comes to product selection, we've found that Piscine Fabreville surpasses the big names. We decided to go to them based on their reviews and have zero regrets. We love that its a small family owned business and we want to support them in all their great work.

This is the best place to go in Laval for anything related to your pool. Hassina and Myriam are super helpful at the store and Hakim had great advice onsite to start-up our pool and keep it in top notch condition. Thank-you All!

Les Piscines et Spa Fabreville, is a fantastic company.
I was there yesterday in late morning , to have my pool water tested , the service was quick , knowledgeable, impressed with how friendly the staff was , they really make you feel like you are important , not like big chain stores that just push for the sale . Prices are very competitive if not better . Big shout out to Hakim's staff : Amira , Jamie, Myriam, and Hassina who also took the time to help me in which she was fantastic . This is definitely my new go to Store for all my pool needs, thanks again to everyone from Les Piscines et Spa Fabreville .

Great service. The owner, Hakim, he knows what he's doing and beside the great customer service you get as well an excellent service regarding your needs ( pool, spa, etc.). He has as well competitive price, much better then Trevi or Club PIscine.
If I took from my time to writte this review is because I don't hesitate at well to recommand him.
So, give him a try...
