We had a celebration with 30 people. The food was amazing. Service exceptional. Our waitress Sabrina, wow on the ball serving 30 people. I love coming here especially for the wood oven pizza. Our number 1 chef Jimmy. And of course the beautiful Mara that sets up everything with detail. And Michael the expert for all the delicious pizzas. The staff so friendly and courteous. You cannot go wrong here.

Great service except the way our last waitress called out my friend in front of everyone about her tips, I understand the tips matter but there is way to approach your customers about it.
Will recommend their unlimited mussels on Monday-Wednesday 😍😍

I have to say, for being there a couple of times, this is one of my favourite restaurants to go to. The food is delicious, the staff is friendly and attentive, the place is clean and COVID friendly.
Kids will enjoy their pizza and it’s a bring your own wine. Prices are affordable and you can spend a good time.

Whether is for a date night, go with family or for an event I highly recommend this restaurant for its authenticity and food.

We had a Communion party on May 27, 2023 at Scala 20. We were a group of 40, they accommodated upstairs and had the whole place ourselves. Our waitress Meagan was amazing. She was friendly, gave impeccable service, smiled the whole time. Most important, she made us feel very special with the attention to details. The food was delicious, compliments to the Chef 😋. Meagan was quick to serve and ensure that our food was hot. I would recommend Scala 20 to anyone who is looking for real authentic Italian food.

I’ve been to this place a few times, especially for the wood oven pizza. Pizza always comes out fantastic. Service is generally good, but it was particularly exceptional last time that I went. The waiters name was Kyran if I’m not mistaken. For anyone hesitating, you should definitely give this restaurant a try!

Was there last night with 13 other ladies. Imagine having to serve 14 women !!!
I had the salmon. Perfectly cooked. Fell apart at the touch of the fork.
The waitress really made out evening enjoyable. Can’t say enough about the staff. Everyone enjoyed their meals.

The manager George was a very good host. Thank You we had amazing fun.

Went back again had all can you eat mussels, it was very good.

The staff always make you feel like you're family. Been going here with the family since opening. Great service amazing food. They even make special off menu stuff if you don't eat anything like me who is vegan. Parents got all you can eat mussels. A1

We came to Scala20 for our son’s baptism and we were not disappointed at all. Everything from the service and food the day of and dealing with George to speaking back and forth with Mara to finalize all details, our experience here was phenomenal. We are so happy to have chosen Scala20 to celebrate with all of our family. Thank you to all.

I have tried lots of Italian places but this restaurant is one of the best places I have been in,food quality is so good I hade the chicken parmesan with spaghettis it was AMAZING and my wife hade the carbonara she love it.The service was excellence can wait to go back next week.

waiters for making my Granddaughter's Baptism celebration such a success. The food was superb. Every dish that they brought out was made with care, simplicity and flavor. Outstanding pizza like I would get in the heart of Naples, Italy. Fresh crispy calamari, and the bavette of beef was fork tender. A beautiful atmosphere and top notch wait staff. Bravo!!! We will make it our "go to" family restaurant for future events.

Food was amazing. Had the veal marsala and the Gigi. Both exceptional. Portions large enough to take home for lunch next day... even better!
Service was perfect. The young man knows what he's doing!
Only one small comment, the piece of tape covering the hole on the bench seat was unpleasant.

WOW! Was this good! Would definitely recommend the linguine del mare. Lots of mussels and seafood throughout.

This was our first time here , the staff has a great approach and very good at attention to detail . As for the food we had a few entrees to begin and very nice big portions. As for the meal we had the homemade gnocchi pesto and veal . Very fresh and good ! Definitely recommend this place for couples to come relax and enjoy ! Great ambiance

I was pleasantly surprised with the food. I went for a baptism supper, and everything was delicious. The calamari was great, the beef was amazing, I also had a piece of my nephew's chicken, and ir was so juicy. I defined recommend Skalla 20.
Coffee service was a bit slow but the restaurants was full at that point so it is understandable.

Went to the restaurant with my family for my birthday. We had delicious food and a good time. Thanks to our charismatic and dynamic waiter Ari !
