Rachel and Joey were great ,
I got an older car and Joey was fully transparent about the problems the car had and has . the car had a few small problems He said he would try to get them fixed when i would pick up the car . guess what ...They actually did! I fully expected them to say " well we tried but unfortunately we could not" . This has never happend to me before. What a surprise!
However ,
they tried to charge me a administrative fee. According to consumer protection they are not allowed to charge any fee except the sticker price and taxes on used cars. when i mentioned it they removed it with ought any questions,
so buyer beware,
Overall if u need a used car U should stop by here first.

Lloyd and Claude were very nice and understanding at Mazda! They weren't pushy at all which makes the process seem easier. Lloyd was also very personable and transparent about all the cars we looked at.

Highly recommend this dealership. A warm and welcoming staff with attention to professionalism, they take the time to explain everything and are very helpful. Overall a very good experience!

Vendeur (B. T.) très efficace et professionel pour vendre. Prends le temps et répond aux questions du client. Bref joue du violon comme un virtuose. Malheureusement une fois le véhicule vendu service après vente un gros 0. Aucun retour de email ou par téléphone pour règler 2 petits problèmes supers faciles à règler à coût très faible pour le concessionnaire. On m'a promis un rapport mécanique à l'achat du véhicule usagé ce que je n'ai pas pu obtenir même avec insistance. Mes 2 télécommandes ne fonctionnaient pas à la livraison. Je m'en suis rendu compte 30 minutes après la livraison du véhicule. Je suis retourné au dealer et on a changé les batteries des télécommandes. Celà a fonctionné quelques fois au plus... En passant merci à Martin Bissonnette pour son professionalisme. Il a vraiment essayé de règler mon problème mais en fin de compte mes manettes sont défectueuses. C'est facile de vendre un véhicule. Mais être professionnel, fournir un service après vente irréprochable et de qualité est la clé pour faire venir et revenir les clients/acheteurs. Je ne retournerai pas chez ce concessionnaire. Il ne mérite pas mon temps ou mon argent durement gagné.

Après plus de 2 semaines d'attentes et de plaintes sans réponse de la part de mon vendeur j'ai eu la chance de me faire servir par une perle rare qui a pris le temps d'écouter et de répondre à mes attentes. Elle s'est battue pour faire réparer 2 vices cachés que j'ai découvert sur mon véhicule après la livraison. Si vous devez aller à ce concessionnaire pour un service hors pair demandez à être servi par Mme Ninon Lacaille, aviseure technique. Un amour!!! Merci à toi tu as réussi à mettre un peu de joie dans cette horrible histoire de mauvais service après vente👍

I was very very disappointed by our experience. We were looking to get a car for our youngest daughter and the sales rep Denis said you will have the best experience here as to compared to where we shopped previously. How wrong he was, it left a very bad taste in our mouth, we were told that the car was checked and verified by "the best mechanics" and when we left the yard there were already problems, daughter drove off the lot on a Thursday at 5h30pm and I had to have the car towed back Friday morning as it died on my daughter as she was going to work at 6h00am. She was quite upset as the car was declining in speed on the highway even though she was not trying to and then when she made it off it died at a red light, we had to push it to a spot and the service I got on my first telephone call back to sales rep Alex, it was like I was disturbing him. Needless to say I took car back, requested my money back and was told that they would cancel my daughters plate so she could get her money back, which by the way it took them nearly 3 weeks to cancel and my daughter ended up getting an invoice from the SAAQ for a renewal of her plate......not impressed at all and I could go on some more but I will definitely not recommend this place .

I would not recommend anyone to purchase a car from this auto dealer. They are are already at 3.3 stars and their customer service is sketchy. Their sales person/manager was not nice on the telephone and was raising his voice even though the transaction was done. Hopefully someone else will have a better experience.

Drove all the way out here to view a specific used car. Called to confirm the specs since it was a long drive for me. Upon arrival the car had much lower specs than advertised (no premium package). They claimed it was because the car was newly listed and they had used a generic listing. But it actually shows up as a Sponsored listing on CarGurus. Meanwhile every other dealer posts *no detailed info* when the car hasn't been processed yet. To me it seems like an unethical practice just to get people into the showroom to try to upsell a newer model. Totally wasted my time and made me lose faith in this dealer.

TERRIBLE PLACE , Bought a used car here , needed a car just for winter use , i was overall satisfied ,service was ok , but once i got the car home it was and still is a nightmare, they assured me that they inspected the car and it was road safe , well it was not , after a while i just felt like things were wrong , had the car inspected again , and to my surprise , EVERYTHING was wrong , brake lines were leaking, gas line was leaking , calipers were seized , directional problems ect . Its so much money i didnt have to repair , and i feel robbed , and right now cant afford another car
