I initially reached out to the clinic in the hopes of gathering information about the possibility of transferring my ongoing Invisalign treatment, which I had begun abroad, to their care. My primary objective was to understand the costs involved and make an informed decision.

I decided to visit the clinic for a consultation, hoping to discuss my treatment further and gain clarity on the associated costs. During this visit an attachment was added to my tooth without any prior discussion or consent regarding the associated costs. To my astonishment, I was only informed of these additional charges when I reached the reception desk after the procedure.

Unfortunately, my experience at the clinic was far from satisfactory. Despite my repeated inquiries, I was unable to obtain even an estimated price range for the treatment procedures I might require if I decided to transfer my case. The dentist claimed to be unaware of the service costs and directed me to the receptionist, while the receptionist stated that it was the dentist's responsibility to provide pricing information.

Furthermore, when I attempted to obtain pricing information via email, specifically requesting the cost of particular treatment components that were required based on my previous treatment, I was informed that the clinic would not be able to accept my case.

I believe that, given the standardized procedures in Invisalign treatment, it is reasonable to expect that any Invisalign provider should be able to offer an estimated price range for their services. Transparency in pricing is essential for patients to make informed decisions about their healthcare, and it should be a fundamental aspect of any professional healthcare practice.

My experience at Dental Montreal has raised significant concerns about the clinic's professionalism, communication, and transparency in providing dental services. I hope that my feedback can contribute to improvements in the patient experience, particularly in terms of clear communication, consistent pricing practices, and overall professionalism within the clinic.
