Canadian Tire

Great store. It might not be a mega store like other Canadian tires, but it easily has everything you generally need. Staff is fantastic, nice and helps you out until you've found what you need. I always have a great experience here.

We bought a batterie and we're told to come back with the old one for a 20$ refund. When we returned, we did not have the bill and they could not find us in the system. We shopped around and in the meantime, the director at the car area found our file, tracked me down and returned our 20$. It was not necessary to do the extra tracking but he did and we are grateful. True customer service. Thank you!

I had a very good experience with Efram today he was very helpful and attentive to helping me find what I was looking for, he was also very polite and patient ! Need more good people like him in the retail business CT is lucky to have him.

When I need something in houseware, gardening or automotive I can always buy it at Canadian Tire. This store is an old favorite. I like the new renovations at the Fairview location. The project is coming along well.

I will always drop n anyone store to look for great deals. Which exists!! For example: I just bought a digital control 5000 btu air-conditioner for $145.00, regular $225.00. The box was damaged, not the air-conditioner.

Had everything we needed for fishing including real worms.

I love this store, wonderful service! I bought a patio set in the fall, but the store had already sent all the summer items to the distribution center for the winter. The then-manager (now assistant director) kept my receipt pinned in his office to make sure I got the item when the summer stuff was brought back out. When I came back 6 months later, he remembered me right away, and I had my item within minutes! He was so helpful both then and now, I'm so pleased with my experience.

Got exactly what I wanted. The guy who helped me was about to take his lunch break but, told me no problem and got me exactly what I needed. As result I think I made his new years that much better!!

It's a little crowded and hard to move around stuff, but they usually have what I need, it helps to check online first. Not every stop here is 5 stars, but the staff might be over worked. Thanks to the 4 people who helped find and explain my new pool.

The Automotive Department is the focus of my commentary. It has been the place for servicing my brother's car for various mechanical issues over many years.
Patient, polite and trustworthy based on my recent interaction with employees. Gold star to Glenn as he knew my brother from his past visits.
I spoke on his behalf concerning his last bill on this car and the billing manager was most gracious and helped him out.
Outstanding ! Why ? Seasoned staff without attitude. I observed it at the front counter and in the service garage itself.
Thanks for helping us out !

Came in at sources store, looked around
Needed air filter and plugs, asked the teller to help, hey it took him 5min, came back with what I needed, great service,
Did not need to wait in line, and wait 1hr

This review is for the garage at the CT on Sources. Very honest, excellent work. They're pretty busy, so there might be a bit of a wait (or you may have to leave car for the day and they don't offer rides) but it's worth it. Prices are half what dealers charge, always by the book, and nice waiting area with large facilities, coffee, TV, wifi etc. I've been coming here with my Mazda for years, and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Fantastic selection of kitchen and bbq equipment and tools.

Can't complain. Got what I needed and more. Pretty fast considering covid. Plenty of helpful staff. And has great choice for my cat and dog in food and toys.

July 14: Went for car parts. Same 5 star service.

The staff was very useful. In dept. stores like this, service makes all the difference between a good experience and a frustrating one.
I was served quickly. They offered alternatives to my purchase. One mechanic went the extra mile to help me out with my car problem.
+1 for customer service. Please keep it up.

Always love my trips to Canadian Tire, I guess I've really become a Canadian Dad! Staff is very friendly and quite helpful! They could work on the online order pickup situation, if that was quicker same day it would compete with Amazon more.

I was purchasing an outdoor carpet and a plant hanger . Neither item had price tags and they were the only ones left. I got to the cashier and she called a gentleman to help me. Within minutes he found the prices and was so helpful. I was very impressed.

Came here to have things corrected after a horrific experience at the St. Dorothy location on April 22, 2020.
From the original phone call through my departure when done here, I was treated with the utmost respect. Their service was at its most professional. I truly felt that they were concerned about my satisfaction, and that they bent over backwards to accomplish this.
If you want great, respectful, professional and caring service, this IS the location to go to. 👏🏻
This IS my new favourite store, and their behaviour convinced me to resume shopping at this chain store, but NEVER AGAIN at the St. Dorothy location that is closest to my home, the latter which SHOULD be avoided at all cost.
