I really appreciated the help I received from Everette (Appliances) both on line and by telephone, with my order. Had to go to the store to complete purchase of washing machine. Great customer service. Thank you Everette for helping me with the purchase of LG Washing Machine.

They had what I needed. As with most Reno and Rona stores, they lack knowledgeable staff. The 2 clerks I spoke to this time were friendly and helpful and knew the right answers.

Today l went to buy some ceramic.I got very good service from the ceramic section.He help me get the Cart and carefully put all the ceramic on the cart and bring to the payment.He is very acknowledged.Give a good suggestion .I m very happy to shop Rona.Go back again.

Nothing but positive stuff to say about the staff at Rona in Pierrefonds. The young men that were there on a Monday evening were so helpful and knowledgeable. Kudos to these employees for a job well done and to the store management - they are clearly doing something right.

Have shopped here many times and have always had great experiences. They always have what I'm looking for in stock. The staff is also very helpful and knowledgeable at this rona location. After a few bad experiences at both home depot and reno depot, I'm exclusively shop at rona now!

Very nice staff and all helpful, though the older refined gentleman in the tools department kept on referring me to the most expensive items in each category (LOL). I was amused. Nevertheless all the staff I met so far were exceptionally polite and I was pleased.

The manager Johnathan & his team went above and beyond to help us find the item we were looking for. They even had it delivered to our home within 2hrs of us leaving the store. Great customer service!

This place is my savior for things I can't get every where else and there prices and service personal are the best

Such friendly staff! They helped us find everything we needed and answered all of our questions.

Shockingly great customer service. Seems like Rona hired all the nicest youth in the West Island. When they did not know the answers they asked senior staff, who were just as polite to each other. I had multiple offers to help me, and everyone was busy. I keep going back here because I am never disappointed. Must be some fantastic management doin the hiring, training and providing a great workplace environment for these youth to be so motivated.

KALIMA at the Kitchen Cabinet counter is a GEM
and she doesn’t even know it!
She saved my life!!!
For the life of me,I couldn’t rap my head around taking measurements and selecting a color or styles and what not!!!
Why is that,you may ask???
Renovations that never end can drive anyone mad!
And I’m exausted
I just wanna point at what I like on any pamphlet and say Yes and Pay!
IKEA was even worst for me!
All tho I found out much later that they also offer for 149$ to send someone to take the measurements!
I wish they had mentioned it the very first day!
Anyhow
After a few attempts I gave up and Didn’t get anything done
Meanwhile all out kitchen accessories are still in boxes and the walls are perfect and white !!
But an empty Kitchen
All to say!!!
I walked in at Ronas for something else
And slowly made my way to the kitchen section at Rona’s on St Charles and it was quite and calm
Nobody around other then the employees
Maybe 10A.M
From the moment I met KALIMA S
to paying for Peecisely what I had in mind It was 13h
I was soooo blessed to have walked in at the right time in the right place
KALIMA was VERY VERY VERY SMART AND BRIGHT
She understood right away and jumped right in to save me!!
And btw the Quality is better then Ikeas
And so much more
To say on how she truely listened and understood my every single question
She nailed it!!!

Great staff good variety

Rona hasn't had the best customer service experience in the past. However, I've seen a great turn around in it's employees. Someone must be doing something right!! This location in particular is in a great area. Not too much traffic. Lots of parking spaces. Staff is very friendly and willing to help. In the summer time they have a great garden center with lots of choices for your seasonal gardening. They seem to be managing the new government mandated rules for the Covid 19 situation rather well. Store is never full, at least during these days. I recommend this store over others in it's field.

Very helpful, courteous and professional staff! I was served by Charles at the Pro VIP counter and Jason at the customer service. They took the time to answer all my questions and queries about my project which was greatly appreciated! Keep up the good work guys!👍👏
