Totally Book•ish

This has become my favourite bookstore. Staff are lovely and enjoy chatting when things are not busy, store has a bright and lovely atmosphere and is very accessible. Even if they do not have what I am looking for, ordering is from here is very easy and always arrives promptly. They have a cute local gift section as well if you are in need of a last minute gift. Go support bookish and their amazing staff! You won’t regret it😊

LOVE this store. The owner has done a beautiful job creating a welcoming, tranquil environment that encourages me to spend all my money on books I will then stack on my nightstand and smile at before falling asleep. If you're not local to Mission, give yourself an hour off, drive out, take in the ambience, buy books, thank me after. Two VERY enthusiastic thumbs up!

I randomly stopped by this place, I adore book stores! This one has a little something special...you can go on a blind date with a book! What a fantastic idea! I will absolutely be back for sure!♡♡♡♡

This is my favorite bookstore! The wide selection, friendly & helpful staff, the way it’s set up are all top notch. Any time I’m not sure which book to get someone they have been so helpful, even some other customers have gotten in on the discussion haha. I love small community bookstores and this is the quintessential one for Mission! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

We visited this sweet gem of a bookstore while on vacation! My kids absolutely loved it! ALL the amazing books and amazing friendly staff! Grabbed a few books for everyone! Information abound!! Very informative! Will be coming back our next time visiting!😊❤ my son absolutely loves captain underpants books and we found a few new ones here!

My absolute favourite store in town! Could spend hours there every employee is so kind and since I’ve been in so many times they know what I like and always have a great recommendation based on what I usually buy! Genuinely such a gem of a place !!

This bookstore has it all and if they don’t have it, they will order it in! The staff are very welcoming and have helped me pursue my book addiction. The kids area is always so much fun for the weeyins! My son loves to go to the bookstore and sit in the comfy chairs and read books. There is nothing better than seeing kids love to explore new worlds through books. This bookstore has become my safe place and a place I know I’m safe to be me!

This is hands down my favorite little bookstore. I love the wide selection and the welcoming atmosphere. I have found some truly unique books that are hard to find elsewhere. I often recommend them as an amazon alternative to my friends and family!

Love this place - charming decor greets you when you walk in, inviting you to grab a book & take a seat in the different nooks. Wide selection in every genres. Staff are friendly & helpful; a few times I was looking for a specific book, they found it right away - whether it was on the shelf or online where they ordered it in for me in a very timely manner. I come out from Chilliwack just to shop here & I highly recommend!!

I absolutely love the ambience of the shop it’s exactly what gets me in the cozy and creative mood to read! I recently went in there to pick up a book off of a suggestion by one of their staff, and was greeted with amazing customer service and an extra friendly welcome. The staff and owner there go out of there way to make you feel welcomed and they all have a real passion for what they read and for literature itself. The book I picked up was Five Survive and I have to say I couldn’t put it down. Totally Book-ish is yet to disappoint!!

What a sweet little shop! My partner and I went in to find a book together and felt so cozy in here! There's a section at the back for kids to sit and read to which I absolutely love ❤ they carry a wide selection of books, even some puzzles and other fun things! (like hand painted book marks!)
The lady at the front was amazing, highly recommend this place and I'll definitely be back!!

The best bookstore with wonderful, kind-hearted people. I speak with Amy a lot (I hope I have the right spelling of her name as there are two). Either way all the staff that work there are very sweet and helpful. The book selection is great and if the book isn't in stock they're more than happy to order a copy in for you if they have access to order (which is 99% of the time). The prices are competitive and I love supporting this local family business. Oh and beautiful custom built Books behind their counter that makes the space even more inviting.

I love little family owned independent bookstores like this!! Ami is the sweetest! The staff are friendly welcoming and really want to help find the right book for you. The store always has a great selection of anything and everything that's out there and will also order anything if they don't have it.

Love this local book store! Always something new and interesting to see when coming in. Love the idea of the mystery covered books. Seasonal books like Valentines in a nice area together. The staff were friendly and wanted to help. Love the open reading area at the back for the kids to look at things before they finally decide 👏🤩
