I found a very reasonably priced mat board and frame for my Daddy Pheasant Monotype. I like having the ability to mix and match in the framing aisle. Always helpful to pull up a coupon as well ❇

Today, I brought in an old frame holding a foil poster of Legolas, a character from Lord of the Rings. The glass on the frame had cracked from lots of wear and tear over the years (I've had this poster in the frame for over 20 years) and I was doubtful the glass could be replaced because the poster is so delicate. I went into the South Fraser Way Michael's location today and I was met by Josiah at the custom framing desk. Josiah was so friendly, knowledgable, and shared in my love for Lord of the Rings. He seems like a wonderful person and I am so grateful for his help today. Josiah, I hope you see this review, and I hope to meet again someday. The framing department at Michael's is outstanding.

This store generally has everything I need for my various projects, but I find the staff to be a little unaproachable/unfriendly at times. I feel like I am a bother when I need assistance. Fortunately I usually know exactly what I'm looking for, so this isn't a big deal. I always shop with a coupon, though I've noticed most coupons lately are online only.

Great craft store. I shop there for art supplies etc. Great choices, lots of stock to choose from. Very personable staff. No matter what I need in the craft line, it's my first choice. A must try for anyone shopping for supplies. Lots of parking and easy access to the store.

Helpful and friendly staff. I enjoy shopping where the staff treat you nice, and I remember those that don't. Highly recommend this store.

The team member on front desk duties was extremely helpful, by getting me a chair to sit on, after I was affected by the heat. I was ok to finish my purchases after a brief rest, so thank you

Micheals can be a bit pricey, but i definitely recommend if you're looking for yarn!! They have these $5 dollar acrylic ones that are great for getting started.

Bought a bunch of stuff to make our own medicinal gummies at home. Molds flavoring citric acid etc. Had a decent selection of what we needed. Store was clean and staff was friendly.

I've purchased many items for my home here over the years. They have a wide selection of baskets and boxes for organizing. They're selection of beads is awesome! The customer service here is always outstanding. The staff are so knowledgeable and helpful.

The manager here, Jessica, is so amazingly helpful. i walked in search of a yarn without knowing the name. Jessica said they didn’t have it in store anymore, yet showed me where to buy it, how much it was, and what it looked like. I will certainly be coming back here multiple times. i am extremely satisfied with the customer service.

If you're an arts and crafting person, they have almost anything that you need!

Always a great experience when visiting this store. If you are into crafts you could easily spend few hours here. You can find more than you imagine you might need. Good quality of products at reasonable prices and the sales are pretty good. Very well organized, easy to find what you are looking for and then more. Considering the state of today's retail bricks and mortar, I hope this store will survive the changes.

It's really one of the great stores and staff

When it comes to crafts they have everything you need. I was able to get some replacement stick on gems for a little car collar. It wasn't a high dollar sale I mean their prices are fairly reasonable and they actually spend a lot of time with me trying to get the right thing for a mere $6. I was really grateful for the help. I was able to put points towards my wife's point card. If you need anything to do with crafts this is a place to go.

Ordered online and everything was ready as promised. Communicative updates via text. Lots of stock and 60day return policy for if you order the wrong size frame 😉

Such a great store with a great variety of things. Got a Christmas tree at a good price and looked at scrapbooking supplies, knitting and crocheting supplies, baking supplies and so much more.
