I needed to update my insurance and was impressed with the service at the LD insurance desk. Prasad helped me out and he was super efficient, friendly, even cracked a few jokes...got everything done quickly while explaining everything thoroughly. I was done in somewhere barely over 5 min. Highly recommend getting insurance done here. It was even quicker than when I renewed last time online and I had all my questions answered too.

Prasad was very helpful, he took his time explaining to me all the details and gave me some suggestions. He even continued working more than 15 minutes after closing time.

This location is amazing. I have been co.ing here for the last few years and I will only deal with Heather and Prasad as they are very helpful and understanding and just go well above and beyond to help their customers no matter how busy they are or what they are dealing with. I can't comment on anyone else as I am picky in whom I deal with and so have not experienced anyone else's service here.

I left with a clear understanding of what needed to be done, and the appropriate phone numbers to call. Karina was pleasant throughout, and willing to help me know what needed to be done.

Great customer service on our last visit here. Love that it is not busy and we can take care of banking and vehicle transfers in a short amount of time in the mall.
