The Brick

We went this place for our new home furniture, we had been looking most the furniture stores in town and we finalized our stuff here in Brick. For not just the good deals but the awesome service we received from Megan (Maggie) - executive person working there. She helped us without hassles even we took long time from her to decide from lots of choices. We purchased our older stuff from here before and again we bought from here for our new home. I strongly recommend to shop from Brick to get great quality furniture and of course good money saving. Thank you very much for the service.

What a great experience we had on both visits to TheBrick Brandon MB. Great advice and no pressure environment. Jason the franchisee owner is one of the nicest most genuine and honest sales people I have met, he will go above the call of duty to ensure the very best customer experience. He has been the best in communication, service and the interaction Was very knowledgeable with all of the products in the store and very amazing to all of us today and very easy ro talk to. Very positive experience today. We had a fairly good idea of the couch we were buying when we went in (Legend 3 piece sectional w sleeper) as we needed something specific to fit our living room layout. Floor person was great, asked if we needed help finding anything and left us alone when we told her to, but then checked back in later when she saw we were ready. Very knowledgeable about the material construction of the couch and the warranty plans, very happy with our exchange at The Brick (Brandon MB)

We went in to buy all new furniture for my mother-in-law who is downsizing. Veronica was very patient, and extremely knowledgeable about all the products we looked at, and had just the right suggestions for everything we TD her we needed. Pricing was incredible during the tent sale, so we were able to fully furnish the apartment in a true one stop shop. Most important of all, my mother-in-law left feeling good about the entire experience.

Our sales representative was so understanding and patient. She did not push us into anything and gave us space to make a decision. She was fantastic towards our daughter and helped us find exactly what she needed for a new bed.

Brilliant experience Roy was at the door when we arrived and we told him what we needed. He showed us the items, provided the details and prices. Roy explained delivery and arranged it, in record time which is how we like it. It was a one stop shop for all the items we needed for our cabin.

Overall, I was quite impressed with the quality of service and the selection of appliances available.

The customer service at the appliance store was exceptional. The staff, Veronica was friendly, approachable, and attentive to my needs. They provided guidance throughout the entire purchasing process and even offered recommendations based on their expertise. I appreciated their patience and willingness to address any concerns I had.
