Great service. very friendly delivery men , as well as the gentleman who helped me purchase my freezer. I am old fashioned, but I think a furniture store should place the item in the desired area of the house at no charge. its just a kind service and demonstrates good customer service.

I dragged it down the hall and into my basement by myself , to avoid 100.00 fee. good thing I workout.

We moved to Manitoba from BC and took the opportunity to ditch some old, worn out furniture with new items. Dufresne has some amazing items, and delivery has been fast and friendly every time. Highly recommend!

We had a fridge malfunction after a huge power storm came through southwest manitoba.
I went through the online chat and the representative was awesome found me one in stock so I wasn't without a fridge.
I went in store and the sales manager was AMAZING, she checked my online quote and while waiting I found another one closer to my budget. It was also in stock.
From the time I walked in till I was loaded and strapped down was less then 30 minutes. They didn't try to upsell me they had exactly what I needed and all the staff was amazing!!! 5 star service 🌟

Fantastic customer service. Did everything they could to help us replace our work out appliance as soon as possible and within our budget. Knowledgable regarding the product too. Love shopping here. We are repeat customers and will definitely be back again for our next appliance purchase

Had a great experience recently when purchasing our new oversized chair for our living room, my sales associate Autumn was very helpful and fun and the whole process was super easy with great financing options and all the customer experience team members were also great to work with when we needed to switch our delivery date. Shout out to the delivery drivers who worked in the snowy conditions and who were respectful of our carpet and took their shoes off without prompt. The chair is great we love it.

I just received my furniture from Dufresne. First of all, the furniture is beautiful and secondly the delivery team was friendly, quick, and they left everything just like they found it! Also, Dufresne used an app so that I could track the driver from the time that he left in the morning. The app updated the ETA as he went and I could see when he had delivered the item before mine so I could move my car out of the driveway. This was outstanding service! Thank-you, Dufresne!

We were happy with the service we received from the salesperson and with the service provided by the delivery crew. The only comment I might make about the service is that the salesperson could have asked us which way we wanted the fridge door to open. When it was delivered the door swung the wrong way and the delivery crew had to remove the door and rehang it so it swung the other way. It would have been better if we had been asked so this could have been done before it was delivered. We are still rating our experience a 5 star as the delivery crew fixed the problem for us.

Delivery guys were amazing! They took care to ensure that they didn’t mess our lawn or the interior of the house. They were very knowledgeable and were committed to ensuring I was happy with my delivery and product. Would recommend this service to anyone! ***** five stars! Also, delivery app is pretty handy!!

There is an issue of inventory but that’s not specific to Dufresne.
Jason was the sales staff who helped us selecting a couch and coffee table. He was very patient and did a good job.
