Voyages Gendron

My first vacation voyage and my first ski voyage. I had a recommendation to Gendron Ski. I'm very happy with the price and with Kassandra Rose customer's service. Answer all my questions and even during the trip, we made some changements and everything was done perfectly.
I plan to do it again next year and for sure with Gendron. Thank you!

After 3, 4 years of looking for a new travel agent (mine quit during covid) I finally found one that actually listens and works to find what I need/want. Marie-Hélène Dion was nothing short of exceptional. I contacted her last minute as the agent i was working with decided she was going to take 6 days off without informing me (found out through an email from her colleague) and I needed to book my vacation ASAP. Marie-Helen ended up finding me the best vacation, she also put up with all my changes so last minute. Im floored at her service. Let me also add that I live in Ontario and dont speak a lick of french and will not hesitate to use the Quebec based agency. After 3 long years of doing all my own bookings Iam so happy to have found a wonderful agent.

A wonderful vacation, visited Philadelphia and The Amish Country in Lancaster, PA. Sightseeing, Guided Tours, Museums, Shopping, Eateries and so much more!!!

Our guide, JULIE TRAHAN was AMAZING and took care of us for the entire journey. ROCH DUMONT our bus driver, excellent driver, and caring.These 2 people make a great team for GENDRON.

I have done many trips with voyage gendron in Canada and USA and I was very satisfied as usual with The staff when booking my latest trip to Philadelphia and visit an Amish farm with Rock Dumont our experience and helpful bus driver and Sacha Dufour tour guide was amazing. Both Rock and Sacha were very knowledgeable and professional yet they made us feel as a group. They went out of their way to make sure our trip was memorable. I would and will definitely recommend Voyage Gendron to my friends and family.

Excellent service, and very competitive and well thought-out vacation packages

I have had great experiences using the deluxe coach bus services of Voyages Gendron this past winter. Drivers Rock Dumont and Daniel Cyr are true professionals and they take all the extra steps to make sure the clients are 100% satisfied with their services. In addition, the quality and condition of the Voyages Gendron buses is excellent. Last but not least, the administrative part of ordering a coach bus is very efficient thanks to Jonathan and Isabelle.
