Great customer service, they went above and beyond. They fixed and serviced my wife's Trek FX, and ensured I purchased the correct bike for myself. They installed rear racks on both our bikes, and sold us a great infants bike seat that's easily swappable between the two bikes. Will definitely be a primary spot for me in Montreal!

Bought the best bike here, they are super knowledgeable. Also did a half day private class dedicated to learning bike mechanics for my upcoming tour across Korea. They’re so nice, humble, helpful and smart. Couldn’t have been a better experience.

I recently had the opportunity to buy a new bicycle with the advice of Pierre and his team. I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience I had. The service truly exceeded all my expectations. They customized the bicycle as I wished, took the time to adjust each component according to my preferences, and they even gave me valuable advice for future maintenance and upkeep.

I brought two bikes to the shop: one new for a checkup and adjustment, the other over 20 years old for a major update, including the gears, cables, and chain, among other things. I don't know all the bike terms lol, so I appreciated that they took the time to explain the available options and gave me a clear breakdown of the pricing. I believe they did a decent job, as both bikes performed well throughout this season. I'll be coming back for sure. Plus, they're right on the bike path!

I purchased my light e-bike from this shop and have been back a few times for servicing and accessories. Their service is always friendly and excellent. I would rate them as the best repair shop I know of - things that puzzled repair people in other shops were resolved within minutes here. In addition, they go the extra mile to source replacement parts from original manufacturers and follow-up with them in case of delays, something I experienced first hand. They also run courses on bike maintenance, which I hope to take one day!

This is one of the better shops in and around the Sud-Ouest area. The service is great, and it's right on the bike path, if only their landlord would open up that area so they would have better exposure, you could ride right past and not even know it's here aside from the small sign.

Super helpful and knowledgeable staff, and they're always willing to share tips and tricks for bike maintenance. Always happy with my experiences here.

Big shout out to TechnoCycle! I picked up my bike today from Xavier after a full tune-up and a tire change. The whole bike feels like new! The shifting mechanism is smooth and concise now. A sprocket was changed which was bent. Bearings replaced and lubed, and brakes worked on. An excellent tune-up was done and it was done in 24 hours. I've found them to be very honest and trustworthy at a fair price. These guys are the best at what they do, without unnecessary attitude! Bravo👏 !!!

I brought an older-than-me beat up 10 speed to this shop for a tune up. They were honest about what needed doing, gave me the cost up front, and told me about things i should think about replacing for the future. The technician sold me on the cheaper option of 2 handlebar wraps; they do not push things on you for sales numbers. I came back a couple of weeks later because of a squeeking sound, and they took my bike immediately, identified the issue (destroyed pedals), greased it, and i was on my way free of charge.

Now, a month later, i'm back with a flat tire, and a need for my gear cables to be readjusted. They took my bike immediately, and are taking care of it. Again, no sales pressure, just honest work.

Techno Cycle stand by their work. They're up front, honest and good technicians. 11/10 will never go elsewhere

Stumbled upon this bike shop/ school while looking for something else in the building. Amazing, attentive, knowledgeable and above all, PATIENT 😁 Staff. Pierre took time to talk to us and explain items we were looking to purchase. Another staff member ( brilliant computer engineering student with a passion for biking) fixed up my bike made “her” behave and look so pretty. Who knew bike accessory shopping could be so fun!
