Great hotel. Decent rates. Very friendly staff who are perfectly bilingual. Clean rooms with good quality furnishings. I would happily come back

Nice stay at La Sagueneene. The room itself was generally comfortable. It was nice to have the sink separate from the tub/toilet. There's a microwave and fridge in the room. The hair dryer is good enough to dry your hair.

The pool facilities were nice to have, especially after long days of hiking and walking near the fjords. There's a large swimming pool, hot tub and sauna, with ample towels and robes available. It gets very busy with families.

Location is great! The hotel is across the Place Du Royuamme which has a Walmart and Sports Experts and a variety of other shops, is a 5 min drive to downtown Saguenay and is close to the major highways.

It was a very pleasant stay. The hotel, rooms and overall place was very clean and neat, cozy and welcoming. We were pleased with the pool area, most of the time indoor pools are not nice and feel too closed in but this hotel did a great job of keeping the feel of the pool area as if it was on the exterior. We liked the tropical decoration and the wide windows let enough sunlight to pour inside. It was really great. Would definitely recommend.

Restaurant was being renovated, so we couldn't get breakfast, but otherwise this hotel offers great value. It is located very conveniently close to many eateries.

Outstanding value, friendly staff and great facilities. Only issue was the TV remote, but then again aren't all TV remotes in hotels an issue...? ;)

The conference room was large and cozy. We were probably around 600 people in there and there was still some places left for others. Sound was good and there was no echo. Drinks were somewhat expensive (no beer for less than eight dollars). Food service was amazing.

Wonderfully clean rooms and a very nice pool area. The food at the restaurant was good and the conference room was a great location for our work Christmas party. Affordable and nice

This is the place to stay in the Saguenay ,Mount Vallin Region. Excellent accommodation, staff and services. Groomed trial right to the door. Had a breakdown with my sled late in the afternoon, within two hours they had arranged for a truck (Kevin) to pick me up the next morning, pick up my sled at the dealer and take me to our trailer in Quebec City. Thank you for the great service, look forward to staying and riding there again.

Very nice personnel. We arrived 3h sooner, till the room become ready we used the pool and sauna.

Great hotel nice rooms, the evening bartender was awesome super nice and friendly, didn't make me feel stupid for not speaking the language.

I went there for a boxing competition and I was delighted by the amenities. Great staff and a beautiful place near restaurants and stores. I will come back!

Staff was friendly and location is great for sledding. Good parking for trailers, and tents for snowmobiles.
