Lac La Biche Transport Ltd

Last night, one of our team members encountered a challenging situation when their combination got stuck and spun out on a hill, a few hours away from our main yard. We reached out to several trucking companies in the area for assistance but received multiple rejections without much explanation. Eventually, we contacted Lac La Biche Transport, and despite their limited resources, the individual we dealt with was incredibly accommodating and willing to help. In the end, our team managed to resolve the issue on their own, but we will always remember the willingness and generosity shown by Lac La Biche. We would like to extend our appreciation to their entire team and acknowledge their culture of supporting their fellow truckers in need. It is companies like Lac La Biche that our industry needs more of. Cheers!

Tailgating traffic is not really advised , especially in Edmonton when it's already rush hour. You may to tell Unit 91 that. Especially in intersections !

Have been using this company for years to ship to the same customer who is 14 min driver outside lac la biche. Recently they started charging an "extra" delivery fee?? The fee is OUTRAGEOUSLY expensive! Double the price of the regular freight charges. They claim its because the customer is so far out of town. . .again been shipping there for years and its 14 min from town only. Correspondence regarding this matter was difficult as well. I had to follow up more then once to get a response and when I did questions were ignored/ not answered. I believe it was the manager but he did not identify himself. It was the lack of concern on how this has impacted a pretty loyal customer that was really disappointing. Had this been handled a little more sympathetically they might have received some in return. I recommend trying their competitors like B&R Eckels or Rosenau instead. . . . which is what we will be doing.
