George helped me get private motorcycle insurance which I had never done before. He was extremely helpful and took the time to explain everything. It was nice actually knowing what I'm paying for. This will be my go to place for insurance from now on!

George was very helpful when I went in to renew my auto and House Insurance. I was pleased with the service. George went out of his way to take a reading on my odometer so that it would be possible to get a rebate if I did not go over the allotted mileage for the year.

Discovered this outstanding company three years ago and now bring all of my insurance needs to the Hastings Branch although I live out at UBC. It is well worth the drive. The service is first class, staff is so friendly, knowledgeable, helpful to assure the customer's best care. The office has all COVID protocols in place so I felt completely safe and assured, which was very important to me as I am an elderly person. The staff has been with the company for many years and is fully knowledgeable about products and intent in finding the best coverage etc for the customer. Exceptional in this field. Insurance is a serious concern for all of us nowadays so I would never give such high praise and recommendation for others unless I was completely confident that you will be assured of the best in the business and safe with your insurance needs. You will receive top quality service on line or in the office, it is just a superior company and office in the insurance field. I highly recommend that you call them or visit their office, your insurance needs will be in safe hands.

I’ve been here for the past two years, and I gotta say, I’ve never felt more comfortable getting my insurance renewed. George is always ready to help the moment you step in and is one of the friendliest guy out there.

AMAZING!! can’t thank them enough for helping me as I was going thru a nightmare for 4 days trying to get an out of province vehicle registration done, I had all paperwork and inspections, One agency wouldn’t go outside to look at Vin because of Covid, the next the same, then I called an autoplan agent in Burnaby at 5:50pm, they closed at 7:pm, but the guy on phone said not to come in and come another day because it wasn’t enough time and “ICBC was closed”..... then in a frustration and despair I call one last agent in the area, I didn’t know I was on phone with owner Don, but he explained that they had closed 10 min ago, when I explained my situation, he said “ come down, we will try and get this done for you” .... I was 2 min away... I arrived and I was treated by Don Wotherspoon and a lovely lady named Maryam....I was treated with the type of old fashioned customer service that seems to no longer exist these days,... to go above and beyond after closing time is unheard of, as I had just experienced, I couldn’t event get service from places that were still open! They stayed late and Maryam stayed to make sure the vehicle was registered and protected/plated while she had her kids waiting at home for Dinner...
This is the kind of service that all companies should extend to clients, I myself as a business owner will take this as an example of what true customer service looks like!!
I will never go anywhere else for my insurance needs!!! Thank you!
