I just relocated back to the Lower Mainland from Ontario and needed to register my vehicle and get insurance so went here as was close to home. The ladies are so kind there

I went in to renew my car insurance on Sunday Sept 6 2020 The agent serving us was very rude. From the moment I entered there was no friendly hello, I was making some changes on my insurance she seemed very annoyed and didn't offer any answer to my questions other then They don't do that anymore or you can't do That! Seems she really didn't want to be there. I would have left but did not have any options since my insurance was do that day. I will never go back. I did go into another agency on Tuesday and the were helpful and answered my questions.
