I recently had a deeply disappointing experience with Ayush, an accountant at UPSI Services. Despite paying in advance for tax filing services for the 2023 financial year, I ultimately decided not to utilize his services. When I requested a refund, Ayush refused, citing the time he had already spent on my tax file.

What's really not okay is how Ayush handled the situation. Despite my willingness to compromise and request a partial refund for the time invested, Ayush outrightly denied any form of reimbursement. .

It's evident that Ayush prioritizes immediate profit over fostering long-term client relationships. If you were to choose a transactional accountant, please choose H&R Block or Turbo Tax.

Overall, I cannot recommend Ayush or UPSI Services based on this experience.
