Very kind staffs and nice foods. This A&W branch has gotten pretty good reviews comparing to other franchise fast food restaurants. And I found out why today. They are good actually.

My car broke down blocking their drive-thru. Despite it taking 2.5x longer than initially quoted for a tow truck and rendering their drive-thru useless, the staff and management were incredibly understanding and polite. I truly believe most fast food restaurants wouldn't have had half the patience these staff members showed.

To the staff: I've never felt so helpless, thank you so much for your patience and understanding. I'm very sorry for the extra work the situation put on you.

This particular A&W outlet, the serving staff is very polite, helpful, courteous and pleasant. The Food is always made Fresh and taste good. The Restaurant is very clean always and the atmosphere is very inviting. The Server named MS. JASJEET is a wonderful staff. Such staff must be motivated. I live in Maple Ridge but I always come here to have my Breakfast. Nash Qureshi

Always hot fries and fresh toppings. I always ordered buddy lettuce wrap. They put 5 layers of lettuce wrap on average.

Really nice place, customer friendly and awesome food. No steroids beef, no antibiotics chicken. The ice mug root beer extremely delicious...

This location is now offering frozen root beer! It's basically a slushee but with A&W root beer. Really delicious on hot days. $4.99 for a regular size.

The first impression when we entered was the unexceptional cleanliness of the area. Excellent work by the staff. I also wanted to specifically thank Bhanwardeep (I hope I spelled it correctly) for his amazing customer service. Having this kind of dedicated staff is a privilege that is rarely found in chain food companies

I have been to this place few times by now and every time was satisfying. Staff is welcoming and fast. Food comes out pretty quick. I find their burger is tastier than McD’s. I didn’t really like the the chicken wrap tho. The tortilla has a raw-flour taste. It’d be great if they grill their tortilla as well. Restaurant is always clean and staff works hard to keep it that way.

The staff was very nice. He gave me a freshly-made burger, French fries and coffee when I asked for a freshly-made burger. They all tasted very good.

This is my go to place for most dinners (I know thats unhealthy). The staff is very friendly and It is convenient location near Coquitlam Centre. Food is as good as every other A&W but Drive-thru lineups can be a headache sometimes. Highly Recommended.

Great staff, food was super fresh and delicious. We dined in and were served food in a real bowl, with a metal fork and glass for our beverage!! Loved that there were no unnecessary plastic forks, cups, and containers given to us (except the condiment package... but maybe that'll change too in the future 🤞)!!

The staff are nice and always smile. I like the buns which are fresh and yummy. The coffee too is fresh .the place is always clean and tidy

April 2021- best lettuce wraps around these days. Especially since its fast food. I love how this company has made some amazing choices when it comes to not using meat with antibiotics and hormones. There still are other allergens and GMOs that may not agree with your digestive system. All staff were great and wearing masks and following health guidlines. Still my first choice in fast food.

Haven't been inside to dine in since pre-covid. Always got take out and it's always been good!

One of better A&W locations where they serve actual hot foods! Service was fast and well-maintained overall. They finally got a self-served fountained 🥤 station - free refills! 🙌 The only downside was the restaurant was a bit warm for the weather - perhaps due to large solarium 🪟?

Love this place, they'll wait till the driver is there to make the food so it comes hot

I like their buddy burgers for kids, and poutine was tasty, and fries feel like real potatoes.
