About six years ago I decided to utilize this companies services for my small business as well as my family accounts. I was told that they only deal with physical paper documents and no online documents and would deliver requested invoice and documents in a timely and regular manner. After a while of working with this company we noticed that our business was vastly undervalued in respect to the amount of PST and GST we were paying. We requested for them to review the account and double check documents to which they responded with insults to our knowledge of taxes and accounting. We decided to use another accounting company which confirmed our suspicions and was able to help us retrieve an enormous amount of taxes overpaid by this company. They have caused irreparable damage to us, which we have not been able to compensate for even now. They are ancient, inattentive, and insulting. I would not recommend anyone at all utilizing their services, they are careless with your livelihood.
DO NOT TRUST THEM AT ALL!
