Trampoline Shop

*Warning* Devin of the Trampolineshop is not trustworthy. Paid online April 12. Adjusted order from 14’ to 16’ April 15th. Every time I spoke with Devin it was a new excuse, refused to provide tracking. End of May had to involve credit card company to dispute purchase. Surprise surprise still have not received a trampoline or heard from Devin again. I would not order from here unless going to physically pick it up. What a waste of time he is.

Want to echo the comments of the other review here. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THE TRANPOLINE SHOP/VICAN TRMPOLINES.

We (a charity summer camp) ordered a jumping mat in May from here. I believe they go under a couple of names maybe to scam people, we ordered from Vican trampolines which is what this message says when you call, they also have a location on the mainland as well. After sending faked shipping labels and giving excuse after excuse, they've turned off their phone and no longer answer our calls. We've never received the jumping mat and have filed fraud charges with our credit card. Hope to prevent others from being scammed.
