Not very often to do my nails but I've been visiting the store for ages, I only want the same lady Conny to do my nails, I've tried the other ladies twice since Conny had no opening or when she was out town but the skill of the other ladies are not as good as Conny. If you go there, you have to pick the good one to do your nails, I have the best one, the 5 stars is for Conny only cause she deserves it.

Great experience. Called on new year's eve to book an appt for that same day - they booked an appt for me for that afternoon with no problem. Very attentive service. My technician (I think her name was Queenie) was excellent, very professional and focused. I asked for red acrylics with extensions, nails turned out beautiful. Thank you so much Elegancy Nails.

I regularly visit Elegancy Nail Studio to get pedicures and acrylic fills with Conny. Conny is fantastic with ingrown nails (I need to get pedicures about once a month to deal with this).

Conny ensures there is a liner in my foot-soak (I understand some clients do not like liners so just request one). All tools are properly sterilized in a autoclave and sealed (which they open in front of you.

When I am booking in multiple people with myself we generally book Conny, Heather and Wei and everyone is always happy with the service and their nails.

Very clean nail salon with friendly staff and great service. Jessica is my most favourite artist. Highly recommended❤ very clean salon. Already sent my aunt and mom there.

I've never been so satisfied with my nails and the overall nail experience! Kathy is an absolute star! She was so patient and detailed, kept asking me if there's anything I don't like so she could fix it. I even got a hot towel + massage at the end - something I've never had with a shellac manicure. Kathy is new to Elegancy and an absolute gem! Thank you soooo much, I will definitely be back!!!

My experience here has always been so pleasant, there’s always someone or multiple people to greet me after walking through the door. All the employees are so kind and lovely! I always put Anh to work with intricate nail art designs on my acrylics and I absolutely love them every time😍! The space is clean and central and perfect if you want some bubble tea after across the street. Love it!

A friend recommended this place and Connie was an absolute delight to work with. She did a fab job as I powered through a good book in genial silence. Price was steeper than other neighborhood salons but it was worth the ambiance (having been to a couple of loud and chaotic nail places nearby) and the quality of work. Very pleased, definitely going back again.

Honestly one of my favourite places to go to get acrylics when on a budget. Anne is the absolute best. Whenever I go I see her, she shapes nails beautifully and her nail art is great. She loves to try new styles and I recommend giving her a go.

As for pedicures they are just as good. The lovely ladies there do an amazing job removing calluses and smoothing rough dry heels. And the heated towels at the end are such a nice touch.

I love this place!! Everyone is very nice and welcoming and Lynn is particularly amazing! She always makes my nails look perfect whether they are acrylic or just a gel polish. If you're looking for someone who will always do a careful and beautiful job, ask for Lynn! :)

Went in with my Mum for a mani pedi treat. Service was great, as usual and the ladies did a lovely job on our nails. I got my usual gel pedi and a full set of acrylics. 2 weeks later and my nails and toes still look fresh.

Have been going here for years. They’re always able to fit me in. Great customer service and have never once had an issue. My nails are always perfect and believe me I’m picky. They will do my 4 year old daughters nails from time to time and are always wonderful with her. Highly recommend

My second time at the salon with Rosita who I highly recommend. She was careful, considerate and a good conversationalist which made the time pass quickly. Both times her work was smooth and beautiful.

I also recommend their very cool top layer polish which goes over black and contains metal flecks of different colours that they align with a small magnet to create different patterns such as cats eye.

The BEST place in Coquitlam for a pedicure! They make sure my toes look perfect every time and always have a colour to match with my nails. Just a great experience all around!

I just had the most wonderful experiance at this warm and trendy nail salon located in central Coquitlam! I was first introduced to Elegancy Nails last week when the beautiful salon caught my eye just by walking past it. I booked in for my first appointment and was not disappointed when Rozita did my nails! They were carefully shaped and so gorgeously painted!
One week went by and I some how cracked my nail. I work in the makeup industry so my nails tend to get worn down a bit quicker. I called Elegancy this morning and they booked me in right away for the time slot I needed. I headed to the nail salon just a couple hours ago and was greeted by everyone! Amy (the manager) sat me down and not only fixed my nail but went above and beyond by re-filing and going over all my nails with another coat of paint to make sure I was completely satisfied. This may sound crazy to readers, but I felt like I have been going to this nail salon my whole life! I went to pay and tip Amy for such incredible service and instead was given a hug and told not to worry about it. If I wanted to tip, to tip to the girl who does my nails next time. Talk about a wonderful store manager! SO impressed by these beautiful and sweet women. FIVE star service ladies!! To say the very least. I cannot wait to book with them again!

Have been coming here for years, they are the best! I have done everything from basic shellac to acrylic nails with nail art, and they are always on point. Pedicures are great as well. Staff is always so kind, and Amy who owns the salon is just wonderful!

Elegancy does awesome quality shellac for low prices! I got a fill 14 days ago and it was $30 and they still look incredible. Will be going back!

Rozita and Layla are absolutely amazing. My mom sees Layla and I see rozita and my REGULAR polish pedicures last me up to a month. I have been to many nail salons but never have I received this kind of service. The owner is also really sweet and always accommodating. I would recommend these two ladies and salon to anyone!
