I am happy with my new hair. I had super damaged hair but the stylist Emma is a pro! She attentively listened to what I want and managed my hair so well :) I will definitely come back here! Highly recommend!

I had my hair cut done by Emma and she did a phenomenal job. This was the first time I ever liked my hair after going to the salon. She understood what I wanted and also tailored my hair cut to my face shape. I’ve been getting so many compliments on my hair…I just love it so much!

I came in and it was super clean and Justin was the hair stylist that tended to me. He washed my hair and scrubbed it really well. Massaged my head really good too and it was so relaxing. Not only did he cut my hair with such precision, he did the style exactly the way I wanted and he made my hair feel so silky smooth! The pricing is very reasonable and I will definitely come back! Justin is really good! Go see him!

I recently got my hair highlighted and I couldn't be happier with the results! The stylist took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave me great advice on what would look best with my hair type and skin tone. The color turned out to be exactly what I wanted and it has brightened up my whole look. The highlights are so natural looking and they blend perfectly with my hair.

Not only was the coloring process done professionally, but the salon itself was also very clean and inviting. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made me feel at ease throughout the entire process.

Diane has been doing my hair for over a year and I have never been happier! Whenever I come in with a photo of what I want she goes above and beyond and makes it even better than the photo. I have never gotten so many compliments on my hair in my life. Even when I air-dry it, the way she cuts my layers makes it seem like it was styled. She is so lovely and takes so much time and consideration in doing my hair. I really recommend her for a cut if you are in the Coquitlam area!

Just got my haircut from Diane this afternoon, very satisfied with her expertise. She was really lighting up my day with her skills & cheerful attitude. In addition to this, her service always meet and beyond my expectations constantly in the past few years.

My 4/year old son and myself have been doing haircut at CIEL hair salon for a long time and very happy with their service. The staffs are super friendly and the r atmosphere is relax, price is very reasonable. I just did my hair colour today and the stylist Roy gave me recommendation and explain the details to me which make me feel comfortable with and also satisfied. Highly recommend.

Justin is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly .He does an excellent job in covering my grey roots, cutting and styling my hair every time. He is a world-class stylist who comes from a long-time experience in his profession. He deserves more than 5 stars.

New hair for new year!

Had Googled to find a hair salon near our place. That's how I saw Ciel hair salon and their high reviews.
Diane was very patient and made sure she was choosing the right colors for my fine hair with a lot of white roots.
I am very happy with the results and will go there again.

Diane cut my son's hair just now and she was very patient and offered styling options. Took her time to make sure his hair cut was great ! Thank you!

Was more impressed with their professionalism of how her colleague next chair was so patient, even though a very rude and condescending young man came in about uneven temples . He literally said " not sure if it's your brain or eyes"! The stylist quietly fixed it and the guy just walked out without a word. Sad to see people treating others like that. Let's all be nicer folks!
