Sarah Shiho is a great acupuncturist with a very unique form of acupuncture that is quick and very effective. She has helped me with acute and chronic body aches and pains as well as skin and digestions issues.

Accupuncture with Sarah is my go to for any health ailments. She is a wealth of information, always caring in her approach and has benefited my wellbeing greatly.

Had my first massage from Travis, he did a really good job in relieving my chronic neck pain that has been giving me headaches in the last couple of weeks. He took note of my concerns and consistently asked about the pressure to help make the treatment effective and enjoyable. Professional and attentive. Highly recommend!

I've been to this place several times for massage,chiro and physio and every experience was great! this review is long overdue, yesterday I had a deep tissue massage addressing an upper back issue I was seen by Brianna she was verry professional and exceeded my expectations in every way,
I will definitely be recommending her and the clinic to family and friends.
this clinic has excellent customer service especially from the front desk booking is a breeze and they will make sure you get the care you need. They have high end super comfortable tables and it's very very clean if I could I would give them an extra star.
Looking forward to going back again soon!!

Been here twice. First time was not good... total time massaged was only about 40 minutes when I booked an hour and the massage quality was average.

I gave them another chance, and this time it was amazing. Ask for Shing if you want a good deep tissue massage. He gives the full hour and does an incredible job.

I’ve been seeing Heather for RMT for about a year now. She is SO good. Always nice, kind, professional, and knowledgeable. She really takes what I say about my injuries, problem spots, and pain and actually spends the time. She also gives me suggestions on exercises I can do to help manage and strengthen as well. I’ve sent family and friends to her because she really focuses and cares what her clients say.

super nice people with a great environment. Came in with a back injury that was bothering me for a while. My Physio therapist Jason was super involved with helping me and was available by email outside of our sessions as well. Overall super nice dude, very friendly and easy to talk to. Helped me recover quicker than I thought was possible . Highly recommend this place.

Have had a couple of massages for neck and shoulder tension with Heather so far, and find her to be very knowledgeable and skilled at what she does. She's pleasant and does just the right amount of conversation. The front staff are helpful and welcoming.

Such an amazing clinic! From the moment I walked in I was treated with utmost kindness by the receptionists. I was getting treated for my neck pain following a car accident and Brandon had helped immensely with my recovery. I couldn't recommend this clinic enough, more than just a clinic with great therapists, they definitely go above and beyond as they passionately care for their patients. Love the clinic culture they are trying to create in the community!

I had 1 week to prepare to run 10km for the sun run this year. I had not run any significant distance in years so this proved to be a challenge.

Had it not been for Shing Ho Hui providing excellent massages I wouldnt have been able to train half as much. I booked a session everyday after I trained and the next day I would feel ready to train again. Thank you Shing Ho for helping me run the entire sun run!

Jason at Advance Health and Wellness Centre has been a blessing prior and post my ACL surgery. Jason helped me through some difficult rehabs post my ACL reconstruction surgery (of my left knee) on October 14th, 2021. Jason taylored the rehab program for me by conducting detailed measurements of my flexibility with my health right knee and he makes minor adjustments during my visits according to my gradual progress. Jason is a true professional who is knowledgeable and friendly to have conversations with! The best physiotherapist whom I have had as I have tried several different physiotherapists in the tri-city region. I would definitely recommend Jason to anyone who needs physiotherapy treatment whether it's for strength training or rehabilitation.

Both the staff and the system here at Advance are exceptional. From the front desk to the physiotherapist and massage therapists, they're very skillful, friendly, and give you the feeling that they love what they do. Setting yourself up and being reminded for appointments are really streamlined here; all online and very user friendly.
I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for healing with injuries or even just self health refinement.

I have loved every experience I have had here! Jayten has been a phenomenal physiotherapist for my back injury and he has also been great with dry needling to reduce some tension in the muscles. I have also seen Tommy for a couple massages and he is also fantastic.

I've been working on an injury from an car accident almost three years back. I started attending physio sessions with Jayten Patel and happy to say that I've made some great progress with him. The staff are always helpful, appointments always start on time. Jayten is great to work with, each session starting with a short assessment and catering the session accordingly.

I have been going to Advance Health for a few months now for Physio. I really like this facility. Staff is friendly and helpful. My physio (Jayten Patel) is really knowledgeable about my condition and injuries which makes it alot easier to explain and talk to him. Would definitely try other therapists in future. Highly recommend.

They follow all the health protocols and take precautions which is really important currently with Covid.

Dr. Li Mah is a very knowledgeable acupuncturist. She is very nice and ready to answer any questions about your treatment. She really takes the time to make me feel relaxed and comfortable. I definitely feel better with each session. I would recommend Li Mah to anyone interested in trying acupuncture. Overall, great service and also clinic atmosphere.

Nice clinic. Tommy was great. I have had back and neck pain for a few years, much improved after one session with him. Will definitely return to this office!

Edit: Shing Ho Hui, the RMT who I have been seeing lately is awesome as well!
